Can't argue with that. And who's to say he turns us into winners anyway. It might not come together for him either

Fuck this stupid game

I'm sure you'll forget how against him you are and thoroughly enjoy the title you win with him next season. Of course there's also the nightmare of his 2nd season where the club is brought into disrepute on a weekly basis and he ends up being forced out in disgrace but worry about that later.

I'm not going to be happy if that success comes at the expense of youth (which it will) and if he does it while acting like the classless Twit he has shown himself to be.

The whole fact it has been leaking for the last few months shows how much of a tosspot Mourinho is. Couldn't even keep his mouth shut. I'm very displeased that United completely failed to address the rumours. That wouldn't have happened 5 years ago.

What's worse is the United fans who have been bending over for him over the last few months. Bunch of entitled clowns.

Congrats on the FA Cup win, guys. Was hoping Palace would do it but after that Pardew dance that disgraced humanity; they didn't deserve it.

Just on a subject change, I watched a youtube clip of George Best goals. No Ronaldo step overs, just a drop of the shoulders instead. I also noticed how brilliant Willie Morgan was and how bad Bobby Charltons piss poor combover really was. He lookex 90 years old even though he was in his twenties, thirties.

LVG gone. His back room staff gone too. Uncertainty around Giggs

Fuck this stupid game

You'd do well to sign mourinho on a 2 year contract only... one to spend your money and fix the squad, one to win stuff, then get rid.

It only cost 5 mill to knock off LVG's last season

Giggs is the one constant since Fergusson retired. I wonder just how much of this crap form is his fault other than winning the cup and is he throwing SAF in everyones face on a daily basis?

Didn't see this goal when it happened, but it just won goal of the season. Quite deserving in my opinion, what an awesome goal. I love the team goals much more than the wonderstrikes that usually win these types of awards. In saying that, Martial's shot at the end of the move is a wonderstrike in it's own right!

Sorry about the quality, someone post a better link if they have it.

Of course, I did enjoy the other finalist - Benteke's bicycle kick BUT given it was during a 3 - 1 drubbing by United, it would have been stupid to get it.

If you are yes to Mourinho and he wants Zlatan then you have to back the manager.

Lets hope he goes.

Also there is a report that Welbeck is coming back. I hope not.

Under Van Gaal Rooney was starting to play the guy who can't really run, but hits passes and score goals and there's probably not room for two of them.

Can't stand the idea of Mourinho at Man U myself.

I'm on the fence at the moment. Will be interesting to see how this pans out.

Manchester would have to do an enormous amount of work on Mourinho.

I guess I haven't really admitted to myself that while Chelsea is the toy of a Russian oligarch, Manchester is part of an American corporate empire and just as distasteful in that respect. It's not the club of Bryan Robson or the exciting young team under the early years of Fergie chasing the double or Busby and Best, Charlton and Law. It's part of the cynical agent and money go round of modern football, the ripping off of fans and the end of loyalty to and from people and players.

Guess we'll see. Wasn't really a fan of the Rooney and Ronaldo era.

If he's there in 10 years I'd probably respect him a bit more. If he follows his useful boom bust thing and is gone in 3, having not played any kids and spent mega-bucks on aging stars who have under delivered or have done a Pato, well, what a waste of time.

Is there not a manager out there in a similar place to where they found Rashford and co?

Perhaps he should have to do an intense 2 month course in Glasgow, away from the public eye, away from hair care products, drinking an enormous amount, getting the crap kicked out of him when he is a dickhead and generally finding a lot more humility and gratefulness for being able to make a living running a football team before he can take on the responsibility.

The social media united fans posted above are fudgeing embarrassing. But paint a good picture of how United has just whored itself to Mourniho.

I have to back him now and hope I get completey proven wrong.

Agreed, but Zlatan is not good for United as a club. There is an optimism that Mourinho will adapt his style and see this as a bit of a longer term project and thats what we need. Van Gaal has left a solid foundation and now with Mourinho adding a killer instinct it could all work out.

Or it won't and he will be gone in November.

Keep it up United and soon you will be going through as many managers as QPR did when the Orange Donut was running the show.
