I read on those forums that PS3 users were having problems in dropping off line. It's unique to PS3 users and is a fault with the psn. They reckon it will be fixed with the patch due out any day.

I haven't had any problems, but every now and then I have to restart my PS3 before I can connect to EA. Weirdness.

I must admit though I haven't been playing much at all. Manager Mode's disappointment makes me too depressed to play.Michael2009-10-16 18:00:21

I used to have a problem on 360 in FIFA08 where every time I started an online game I'd have to do a squad update. People would just quit on me before the game would even start.

Timmy, there's a place on innes road that fixed my stereo fairly cheap. Also fixes consoles.

Just signed Chris Wood for QPR, im in 2012 after two seasons with Tromso IL. Going for promotion and built the squad around the two only good players in Jay Simpson and Adel Taarabt. But once the January transfer window I was offered $35,000,000 for Taarabt and had to take it. Right now I still have $30mil in the bank and have upgraded a few of the staff but my team is going really good just struggling to be able to offer new players high wages as my revenue isn't very high.  Just a tip for people starting manager mode with a lower league team sign Jason Culina, he's about 31 now and his overall is 73. he was very cheap and had very low wages. Chris Wood is class after a few years, even though this is playstation2 it says 2013 his overall will be 77 then in 2014 it will be 79, which is when Chris will be 22 years old so I'd imagine he should get above 80 which is amazing for a new zealander

SB, 3 red lights, needs to be fixed by someone who knows what they're doing by the sounds of it as it's a hardware fault (caused by overheating?). Either that or Microsoft are pulling a fast one, which wouldn't surprise me.

It doesn't go to Microsoft anyway, goes to some place in Auckland who are contracted to fix them.

Won First leg of the League Cup (Was actually the league cup, I quadrupled checked) 2-0 and now I'm sacked. My brilliant first team (Which has no Anderson or Nani but includes Schwenziger :D) and my youth team... gone... to be f**ked up by some sh*tty AI.

Not to mention I was still first the the EPL and hadn't lost a game in Europe!

I spose I can see this as an oppurtunity to start from the bottom and get back to United. They better not sell anyone while I'm gone!

Just lost the A-League final to Newcastle 2-3! Ahhhh. I finished top of the A-League coasted past Central Coast 4-1 on aggravate then lost to these plonkers. The last game I beat them 5-0 too.

Absolute heartbreak.

I'm pretty sure in PC version it tells you which cup comp you're about to play. I'm with Hereford in League 2 and I've lost all four league games, plus I lost the three pre-season games, not looking good for Timmy Madden at the mo. On the plus side I played the Nix pre-season and they walloped me 3-0.

After 4 seasons ive gone from league 2 to ireland back to league 2... haha got a really good exeter side though, hoping to get promotion to league 1
