Dyer doesn't score, but most importantly Pacfic come back from 1-0 down to win 2-1.

Two goals post 80 mins from one of their subs - Reon Moore from Trinidad and Tobago.

Pacific (5th) go up into the playoff spots with 1 game left. Though Dyer's parent club Vancouver FC (6th) a point behind, have a game in hand.

Apparently these two British Colombia clubs have the same owner. So Dyer's loan deal a bit uncoventional.

Dyer starts for Pacific.

Season over for Dyer and Pacific. They were 1-0 down until the 92nd min, when York scored their 2nd to finish off the game.

Dyer a full game.

He finished the season with 8 goals from 24 CPL games spread over 2 clubs
4 from 13 at parent club Vancouver FC.
And then (incl a hot early scoring run) 4 from 11 when on loan at Pacific.

He finished 5th equal in the CPL Golden Boot standings. Ollie Bassett (ex Tee Dubs) who was joint GB winner with Myer Bevan last season, well down the list this year.

Some snow boarding if that's Dyer's caper, and then a NZ summer. Not  a bad life. He might drop in at Auckland FC for a hello, but they look like they don't need anymore attacking players.

Wouldn't be surprised if he showed up in Ireland given the number of Kiwis headed there recently. Will certainly be a smaller footballing nation if its a top division club!

Valley FC til I die?

Probably about right...
He's one that I've always thought could go far in the right environment. Let's see what happens!

Not top flight, but you would have to think Finland or Ireland would be his most likely destination

Auckland will rise once more

You wonder if he’s better than Corban Piper…would give us a plan B up front.

Confirmed to Galway United in the LOI.

My prediction is he will score loads of goals then be picked up by a decent l2 team. 💪

New LOI season kicks off.
Mata, Pijnaker & Greive have all left. Norman Garbett is down in the 2nd tier with Dundalk.

But Moses Dyer and OVH have arrived.

Dyer's Galway start their season with a trip to Cork City. Be interesting to see how Dyer goes in Eire. Their is a proven pathway of guys scoring goals in the LOI being signed by L1/L2 clubs. But he'll be 28 next month, so getting on the older side for that.

Dyer 83 mins (2-2) in a 2-2 draw
Daniel Stynes (ex Jets and Glory) an unused sub for Galway

Dyer 70 mins (2-1) in a 2-1 win. Stynes an unused sub again.

I see that striker Aidan Keena who blazed a path for Max Mata by going from Sligo to Cheltenham Town (League One) for 2 seasons, is now back in the LOI with St Pats Athletic.

Niche Cache. Still 2 wins from 2 games for Galway & Dyer.

28 Feb 22:14
Off at 58 mins (Galway down 1-0) in a 1-1 draw
03 Mar 23:20
Dyer off the pine at 53 mins (Galway down 0-1) in a 1-1 draw.

Galway unbeaten after 4 games, but with 3 draws sit 5th.

First goal in Ireland for Moses Dyer.

07 Mar 23:36
Dyer 79 mins (1-1) in a 1-1 draw

Galway unbeaten from 5 games, but 4 draws sees them mid table
14 Mar 21:58
88 mins (1-0) in a 1-0 win

Dyer would probably like to have more goals but Galway doing well
28 Mar 21:58
🚀

That was actually his second goal of the game in a 2-0 win.

First was much more conventional, but just as effective.

28 Mar 22:28
Right in front of the Galway fans. Both goals quality

Finished 2-0 and Dyer a full game. Galway up to 2nd

Looks like they play fairly route 1 stuff and that could suit Dyer, a strong lad

Dyer defo bulked up since he left NZ... thought he looked ok in his last nz game many moons ago.

Maybe a potential bolter for next year if he has a great season in the LOI.

He has any more games like this, and he'll come to the attention of a few L1/L2 clubs across the Irish Sea. Just ask Max Mata.

For not the tallest striker, he score a bit with his head. Nice vertical leap.

The striker spots behind Wood are wide open. They are postions that AV in his article the other, had the least lock in WC spts.

Anyone who goes on a great scoring run comes into the wider mix. Mata first returned to the AWs when still in the LOI from memory.

Unbeaten Galway (2nd) host Shamrock Rovers (6th)

Gonna be interesting to see how Dyer goes after his great game last week. To me the first goal the header with impressive hang time, is a better judge of his possible AWs credentials. Scores alot with his head. The 2nd one the goalazo he won't repeat that anytime soon.

But yeah a potential darkhorse WC selection based solely off last week. Lets see how he goes week in week out in the LOI.

But if he's scoring regularly from now up to the June AWs games in Toronto, he could even be picked then. Maybe. Can see Wood having a break then, given his upcoming new fatherhood status and a likely very busy 2025/26 season with Forest in Europe.

The Woodsman's had a great EPL season off the back of a full uninterrupted pre season in 2025 (ie skipped the OFC Nations Cup & Olympics).

Anyway lets see re Dyer. Last game could have just been a one off. Hope not.
According to Niche Cache, Galway only had 28% possession in the 2-0 win over Bohemians. Bohs attempted 31 shots and Galway just six. Dyer was feeding off scraps but took his chances.

Full game in a 0-1 loss, Galway’s first L of the season

Missed the Connacht derby against Van Hattum's Sligo Rovers as he was suspended. 5 yellows in first 8 games of the season as a striker. Combative as always Dyer!

Vibrant fun city Galway. Remember visiting briefly in 1999 and it having a big student popn. Ed Sheeran seemed to like it enough.

Dyer off at 75 mins (1-2) in a 2-3 loss
Galway down to 10 men at 49 mins
