Shh, keep that under your hat, LG.

Heading towards 450 lads, keep up the good work. Don't want to have to go cap in hand to people asking for posts. 450 will crown another glorious chapter in this thread's history.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

I once got slapped by a Turkish woman for saying "Nice Fez, shame about you legs!!!"

Boats? Let's try to keep this on a even keel, shall we? No need to go overboard. Sorry if I sound a bit stern.

I heard Hard News was rigging the Fever Poll for best supporter. Will the other nominees be able to ketch up? (and no, that is not a notice to start a watties thread - think mysterious sightings in the Marlborough sounds...).

Punmaster? captain or admiral as we're on a nautical theme. It's amazing just how low a depth (Charger) we'll sink to for a pun. I better go before this thread is torpedoed.

I would hate this thread to lapse into antiquipy. And while we're degenerating I thought I should share these definitiions:
Osteopornosis - a degenerate disease.
Pisolation - removing a mathematician 3.14 kilometres away from his colleagues..
Dinosour - an ancient animal that survived extinction for millions of years because it tasted bad
Mictator - the ancient autocratic ruler of Ireland

But I should get roped back into the thread, however do I have time for one last skein of ideas? I am a frayed knot.

Hmm, a bit ropey?   A string of dodgy puns there, Bullfrog. Marvellous. You're obviously capable of spinning a good yarn. It's great how all the puns are intertwined in this thread.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.
