Got that wrong still on UK time. Will we beat the Rooster?
almost 15 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
The bye was last weekend for us. We should beat the roosters, but who knows what could happen

Seymour out, Shaun Johnson tipped to start.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

I hope he does, been a long time coming. Berrigan and Isaac John are in the running too though aren't they?

Fuck this stupid game

I would assume so. I'd give Johnson a go over John, not so sure about Berrigan in the halves. Not a huge Seymour fan so giving Johnson a go would be preferrable N-Bomb2011-06-03 11:51:50

Ah well, we got the rub of the green against the Bunnies, we were due a shocker.
almost 15 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
Didn't watch the game, as I couldn't stand seeing us being beaten by the Roosters ( i hate them) What was Johnson like in his debut?
almost 15 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
He was alright. Nothing flash. Maloney should have stepped up to help carry the load but didn't. We definitely missed Seymour calling the shots, our attack looked realy disorganised, we had enough ball, especially in the first half, to win 5 games.

I'd stick with Johnson though.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

I would agree.

NSW to win Origin II for me
almost 15 years ago · edited over 13 years ago

geez hope thats not the ACL for luck

almost 15 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
what a woeful last 20 mins. that was embarassing and very hard to watch.
almost 15 years ago · edited over 13 years ago

Maloney wont remember that game well, 1/5 conversions, then gives them a penalty that leads to their 2nd try and massive momentum shift, woeful in last 20

almost 15 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
Blame Maloney for that loss. Should have got those goals and the tigers would have never got close.

Went to the game and I thought Locke was very dangerous and Vatuvei looked a little more dangerous.
But my word what happened to our right hand side defense
almost 15 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
hard to blame maloney on his own, kicking has been real good going into the game and whilst he should have got a few more goals no team should throw away an 18 point loss with 20 to go. thats a team at fault.

any word on the extent of lucks injury?

almost 15 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
so this ^^^^ a couple of missed conversions is not what lost us that game, we had an 18 point lead with 20 to go, no team should lose from there...... theprof2011-06-13 08:22:41

Yeah but there were 3 goals he missed and if he had got them ( which he normally does ) then there would have been no way that the tigers would have got close.

The best part was when he got his kick over from the side and the crowd went crazy that he got it over
almost 15 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
6 points doesn't excuse us giving away an 18 point lead though.

Luck gone for eight weeks. Huge loss. He's probably more valuable to us than the two points we threw away yesterday.

Fuck this stupid game

Definately. It'll be hard to get players who'll contribute on D as much as he does every week

The Fish is back, I like the idea of playing Inu in the center's. We have a lot of pace in that team with Locke and the Fish
almost 15 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
In the pre-season games, Inu was absolutely horrendous at centre. So I hope he improves on that.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

I thought Inu was horrendous every where but has proved me wrong

 True.

He's been decent on the wing. Looks more interested and busier there than he did at centre. Just have to wait and see I s'pose

Qld will win game 3. Had to give Nsw something after not winning a game in lightyears.

Three for me, and two for them.

almost 15 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
You lost, have to have a wee bit of a go.

Blues to win it in the 3rd
almost 15 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
Why are NSW celebrating like they've won?
Game three will be a cracker, can't wait!TopLeft072011-06-16 00:11:50

well played, 3 sets of 6 at the end killed it for the maroons and some really poor handling.

Fair enough, you won't win again in forever either

Three for me, and two for them.

Apart from in a few weeks time
almost 15 years ago · edited over 13 years ago

Very disappointing second half, we should have been up by more just before and after half-time, completion rate was poor, fishasi not really suited to the wing as they dominated that flank throughout

Don't even get me started

49 missed tackles

Threw the game away in the last 1/4 again.
