Why they bother "interviewing" anyone in sport at all. What are they ever going to say?
Our team spirit is sh*t.
We aren't confident.
We are only going to give about 75% this week.
We don't really care about the next game, its the one in a month that we are concentrating on.
I don't want to play in that position, but the coach is an arsehole who will put me wherever he wants.
I wear these boots because they pay me lots to do so, but f**k are they uncomfortable.

realising with 5 minutes to go in a 50 minute test that you have completely screwed up the question worth 30 out of 50 marks.
not only this, but when said test is worth 50% of a course, and that course is one of your last few ever at uni (should you pass) before you head overseas with flights already booked. Heading overseas not such a good option if you don't have the qualification you thought you would had you not failed the test!

This is getting really pedantic but people who always say "ya know" in conversation.
There's a guy in Dunedin that rings up the night-time talkback on ZB pretty much every night, He says it so often when he rings, I did a count one night. 65 times he said "You know" in a 5 minute conversation. two nights ago, he said it 3 times in row with no other words. If we "knew", then he would need to tell us.
He also kept on saying "For the want of a better word". Thank God he hasn't picked up the "Like" habit from the teenagers today.

Haha that annoys me too,but it is their job to upsell.
I work at the cinema,and if someone orders popcorn say,ill ask them if they want a drink...and 90% of people actually say yes. SO blame those 90% of people for making that annoying question work

I only ask,more because most actually do want a drink,but just havent thought to order it. like if i ask if they want anything else,most also then buy lollies too,its odd. I do the same as you,knowing exactly what i want before even going up to the counter,but most dont.

The new trend at Supermarkets where as you go to pay for your groceries, you're asked if you'd like to donate to some cause - give me a f**ken break, I had to hurdle enough collectors to get into the damn place and now the checkout person also hits me up?? WTF??

Also now on TV2 after midnight is an SPCA type advert asking you to sponsor an animal - yes, an animal overseas for a mere $25 per month. Naturally, they show you all the most degrading clips of some very badly mistreated animals for the purpose of pulling at your heart strings.
So that's $25 per month for the Animal and another $30 per month for a child - all overseas. No wonder there's no money left for Kiwi Saver or feeding our own families.
