Poeple who call Karl Dodd, "Dodds".  It's Dodd.  No "s".  Just Dodd.

I thought it was Doddsy.

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

My friggen dentist. $145  for 15 minutes work. No injection either. Nice hourly rate if you can get it. Was an easy filling. Filling his wallett was more painfil than the tooth. I knew I should have gotten someone to knock it out for free.Lonegunmen2009-01-14 09:13:07

I'd have thought that being the shortest goalie in the world would piss you off more...

Without really getting into the argument, I say they fly the 1835 flag- the flag representing a nation (as it was then) rather than the Tino Rangatiratanga flag

You'd think so but I've had a lot of years to get over it.

As a Maori said on the talkback today, that flag iis a protest flag for devisiveness. he went on to say there was a proper maori flag that was created many years ago and they should use that instead.

Age difference.
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

So one Maori on talkback speaks for every maori?  At the second point, i said 'a maori flag', not 'the maori flag'

American copying/ripping off British TV.  Just saw on TV3 a preview to Life On Mars (US version)!!  Same plot, set in the same year, except in NYC.  Harvey Keitel playing the DCI (don't know the American equivalent).  Most American comedy I don't find funny.  Too slapstick.  I prefer subtle & clever British stuff.

I agree with Wongo about something!

the Kath and Kim, the Office...how you can take something so quintessentially Australian as Kiiiimeee! and try to turn it straight into a yankee thing without even changing the names or anything...jokes about Warney too?

american mainstream movies are in a bit of a moribund phase- dredging through comic book sequels and scarcely the danger of an originally conceived blockbuster...

wishy washy sit on the fence politicians...

https://www.stuff.co.nz/4828011a6160.html

The prime minister does not condone the death sentences imposed on two Chinese men involved in the melamine poisoning scandal, but respects China's right to take a serious attitude to the offence.

Does our PM actually have an opinion on ANYTHING??

I didn't see your post until now, but I applaud you FB & brickbats to all those people who didn't try to help.  As a trained first-aider it's vital that anybody who collapses gets attention for the first few minutes until the paramedics arrive.   It was great that the 4yr old was able to give you that info.

John Key has nothing to do with that decision. In fact I heard he said he did not want it at all and is donating some/all of his salary as PM to charity.

Got forced to watch that godforsaken movie Mammia Mia with my missus yesterday and now got all their bloody songs stuck in my head.

Three for me, and two for them.
