Upper hutts game plan of kick and chase might work better in
it.
Surely thats gona be Wharfies gameplan so its all about who
can do it better. Wharfies have been dominant in s**thouse
conditions this year, a 2-0 victory over a talented Wests team
(that beat Petone in the wet the week before) last week
confirmed it.

It doesn't matter who is in the play-offs.
If Petone make the Central League at the expense of Taranaki
only one team will go down in the Premier League. That team will be
Brooklyn. So the top two from Capital 1 will be
promoted.
Correct me If I'm wrong but didn't that happen a couple of
years ago when Nth Wgtn lost the play-off but stayed in the league
because Stop Out went up?
Maybe Kapiti, Upper Hutt, Miramar reserves and Marist should
all start supporting Petone - especially at the play-off stage as
anything can happen!

Petone need a point to win the league and should secure it against
Karori. Some juicy fixtures though. I can see a few upsets and the
table getting really close for the 2nd through to relegation play
off spots.

Peewee dominated Rooker. haha classic. Not bad that little peewee,
was a good player back at college. Petone deserve to go up to
central league. I hope they do Marist and Miramar 2nds to

Dont even know why we turned up. Was crap! we deserved to lose
after that game. Ref didnt help. Both teams should have been down
to 9players. Our striker that came on in the second half, should
have been sent after he slide into the keeper with his sprigs
up.

I didnt think lower Hutt were that great in the playoffs. Silly
mistakes by Marist defense. Poor season for Marist left a team
with no confidence. New team this year.

It was a top quality match that playoff!!!

Sunny Centennial Park...nice pitch...1-0 down 2-1 down then we
came back with 2 opportunist goals!!! 3-2 win!!!
Celebrations were quality that day!!! I bet u heard them in
the opposite changing rooms!!!
But hey at least u got some revenge over our first team in
this years Chatham Cup!!!

Yea game of the round does have to be the top of the table clash, but theres also Wests vs Kapiti which will be a good one and Lower Hutt vs Island bay. All Important games to have a big bearing on the minor placings for the league!
