I can read them, just think it's lazy.

If you play with the same work ethic you'll get nowhere.

Yes Feverish it does get a bit like that - I have reminded one of the "kids" in the LH Reserves that I played my first game in this league in 2000 (back when the CL clubs were in the league) at which time he was 9 years old......

But let them talk my friends, I to was once like them.....its a pity we dont players like Terry Boylan or Danny Blackbourn to "launch" some of these kids into reality. And hiding behind pseudonyms as well, i mean come on everyone knows who everyone is......anonymity is woderful for shooting ones mouth off.

I hate Wharfies.

I think this forum should take a similar stance that another forum I go on takes on "txt" speak and just ban the use of it completely, you usually find the people that post like that are the ones that make completely muppet and dumb comments. Grammar for the win.

btw, I went to Naenae College, so this is big coming from me :D

Warfies shouldn't be allowed to play any more home games til they drain that ground of theirs! What a joke... It was impossible to play anything along the ground through the middle. Surface water an inch deep in places, ridiculous really. Transfer the rest of their home games if they have any left, it's football a game played with the feet and best for the players and the supporters when played along the ground. Something Karori park at the moment can't offer.

It was the same for both team mate.

If Petone are as good as everyone says they are they should be able to adapt to different conditions.

By the way, how was the party at Petone clubrooms last nite...?

Yeah it was a superb result for us yet again!!!
I guess we were finding our feet in the league early on but have grown in stature with every match.
I think Ricki is already learning from the Brazilian influence and that football should be played in the European/South American style.

Yeah it would have been. The drainage there is bads as. When we played there the other week it was a pool. Some parts of the pitch looked ok, then the rest was just a joke. It does look good when you look at it from there clubrooms.

The whole pitch was NOT under water. Only about 80% of it was :-) Its a shame they spent so much money making it look so pretty but forgot about drainage completely. I heard that each Warfies team has to pay $3000 each to play for the club. Ouch, considering I saw a lower grade warfies team go out with odd shorts (most wern't even footy shorts). $3000, not kit and sh*t grounds. Way to run a club. Good result for their first team though. They adapted better to the conditions and made less mistakes.

Its no longer a problem.

Rabbo sets up or scores 80% of his teams goals, thats probably why they havent been going aswell in this second round with him beeing injured and away.

Hill was giving the Petone defence nightmares all day. They are a solid defence but simply couldn't keep up with him.

He missed one chance I remember because he had to dig the shot out of mud and had another cleared off the line.

Haha so because some social team had odd shorts you think the clubs being run badly...? Blatent tool. Especially because the ground is hardly the fault of the board.

Good luck getting spanked in the central league next year if the grounds aren't good enough for you. But keep whining, its amusing
