Bohemian Celtic v Onehunga Sports – Bill McKinlay Park
Mt Albert Ponsonby v Eastern Suburbs – Anderson Park

Oooh, home matches both against good teams. Bohs' goal for this Cup is to get far enough so that we can have a drunken supporters' bus trip somewhere, but getting past OneSports will be no picnic, even if you don't get ants on artificial. MAP will have to pull their socks up to progress also.

I'd love to knock them out.

Does anyone hate Easts or OneSports, so one of my teams can knock one of them out?

I'd like both your teams to win to open up the possibility of another easy draw for Birko in the next round.

Although the way Suburbs are going that would be easy too.

Three for me, and two for them.

Didn't MAP only beat the Auckland Grammar school kids on penalties? Hard to see them going much further tbh

Waikato Unicol are the only non-top league Waikato side left, beat Glenfield Rovers - the joy of the cup. No way I predicted that one.......

Bay v ECB will be the game of the round

wanganui city v island bay

anyone know much about the island bay team travelling to wanganui today.

wanganui city unbeaten so far this season 6 wins and 2 draws not sure how they will go today but hopefully a good game, a little damp in wanganui today but not to bad to play football. i think it is a 2.00pm kickoff thinking about going over to watch if the weather holds off.

Played them yesterday

Young team, very good on the ball. basically if u let them play they will dominate most teams with there speed and passing but if you bully them in midfield etc then you can get on top. But it would def be a good game to watch

cheers macca, i think wanganui are the type of team to play like bullys have not watched many of their games this year as we always seem to be playing at the same time as them. i have to make a my mind up walk over and watch football or sit by the computer and watch football.

Left the Dunedin Tech v Old Boys @ 11-0, there were tears, think Park were down 3-1 against Roslyn

4-3 To Olympic over Bays. Some very dodgy referring. Pretty much Olympic took there chances and bays didn't. Bays were down 3-0 and came back to 3-2. Got a player sent off as a 2nd yellow.

Tbh I thought ECB were the better team and had a lot more chances.

Roslyn 4-1 over Queen's Park, goals from Foster, Govan, Watson and Fernado.

Olympic -Stop Out game was madness

Olympic 1 nil up after 10, then one all till half time.

Stop Out go 2-1 up, Gulley finishing from top of the box brilliantly. Olympic then had Chaz sent off for second yellow. Olympic then score with five to go.

First half of extra time nothing much.

Then in the second half, McPeake injures his leg taking a goal kick, plays on. Stop Out then score a fairly average goal. McPeake then makes a wonder save and completely shags himself. Olympic had made all their subs so were down to 9 players now. Sub goalie rugby tackles a SO guy round the neck and Gully curls in the free kick to make it 4-2.

Olympic were better then SO in regulation time. Abba just couldn't score/SO keeper had a bloody great game

Slightly harsh, there were two teams, one stood in the head lights and smashed.

waitemata 3 or 4-0 against otumoetai. Waitemata dominated the game but forgot how to shoot, 1-0 at half time should of been 4-0 at half time. otumoetai must of missing players they were quite poor.

shooting practice for waitemata.

Joining them in the draw made later this week are Westlake Boys High School, who thrashed Northern Premier League side Manurewa 7-2 with Dylan Stansfield – who normally plays for Manurewa – one of three players to net twice for the schoolboys.

How can he do that? Anyone know how that works?

Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

I know a kid in that side, huge upset that.

I'm not sure but I imagine he can choose which side he plays for and that is the side that he has to stay with for the rest of the cup. Clearly he made the right choice.
