I've watched a lot of WPL this year and one of the stand out players for me is Waimak centre back Lilly Fisher. Next to Rebecca Lake I think she is the best ball playing defender in the league. With all the defections from last years squad she must be a certainty for the Pride. 

Great player, another one who developed her game through futsal.

Great news from Meikayla Moore, ex Cashmere Technical and Coastal Spirit in MPL and a former a Burwood junior, that she has signed for Liverpool coming from two seasons with MSV Duisburg in the women’s Bundesliga. 

As you know AllWhites82, started her football at the home of football Burwood AFC, learnt her skills on bumpy Clare Park.
