Anyobdy driving up from Wellington on the saturday evening? I"ve got an exam which finishes at 5.30pm (on the Saturday), but would still like to go up to Napier. However, transport is proving a little difficult. Any help would be much appreciated. sissoko_no1fan2011-10-19 16:33:48

Forrest Hill have pulled out of the tournament. They've been replaced by a "Hawkes Bay Invitational" team

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Still picking birkenhead to win it. They were quality this morning. We held them to 1-1 for 35 minutes but as we slowed down they kept the same intensity. Quality across the park.

We lost 1-0 to albany and was probabky a fair result, could have gone either way but they caught us on an counter and we couldn't create enough. The ref (tanned grey hair guy from wellington) absolutely killed us, handing out cards like it's xmas. Two yellows in tournys and you're suspended. Even the lino and opposition said they were bollox cards. Can take the loss but if we get reffing like that again we're f**ked.

Fuck this stupid game

Birko 2-0 v Petone, 1-0 v Bays. 9 pts on the first day. All but sent Bays out too which is lovely.

Lower Hutt have won two games 6-0. Could be a repeat of last years final.

Three for me, and two for them.

Fact, anyone who wins or does well at Upper Hutt never does well at Napier.
Add Stopout to this now.

They did, they beat Stopout on pens.

Stopout then had the cheek to have a full backpage in the Hutt news about how good they had done and hope to carry it on to Napier.

Lower Hutt doing pretty good though.

Lower Hutt cleaning up their group

Hamish Watson looking to be golden boot with 8 goals on the first day

Couple of injuries could slow them down tomorrow.

Lower hutt looking good though...........

Lower Hutt, Birko, Bays and Hibs into the Semis. Thinking a Lower Hutt-Birko final would be fitting, two best teams at the comp by a mile.

Three for me, and two for them.

Just watched Wharf vs Ngongotaha in the satellite semi. Ngong took it out 2-1. Scored in last minute of first half with a screamer of a free kick o make it 1-1, then scored a pen in the last minute of the match to take it 2-1. Close game, Wharf (who dominated most of their other matches) were understandably well gutted.

Could be wrong, but I think they have Maycenvale in the satellite final. Could be telling pork pies though.
