Thank you Berisha for supplying Sokkah Twitter a new meme format

What was the actual incident like? Seen some comments on reddit suggesting it was a legit shirt pull but it was being let go all game. I'm not a fan of shirt pulling, gives the defender an unfair advantage.

Shirt pulling is rife this season and for some reason, perhaps to do with the interpretation of advantage, refs aren't policing it which has naturally led to it becoming widespread.

For me it was one of those 50-50 calls that in general I'm happy to see let go. Defender definitely had a hold of his shirt but Berisha made sure he went to ground after he was let go. Not even in the ballpark of the two absurd Stefan Mauk pens a few weeks back.

Berisha went off like a firecracker because a) he's Berisha and b) it was their last best chance to get something out of the game.

Just watching the clip RR posted above. Its a pull of the shirt, lifts it up to show some Berisha midriff ;) , for the sake of the game long term would like to see those penalised more often than not - like Davila against MV, past the defender who keeps tugging his shirt but Davila doesn't go to ground (which likely would have been a 2nd yellow) and the defender is able to slow Davila and recover - unfair advantage.

Thomas Tuchel had his defenders train holding tennis balls to get them from pulling shirts. Players adjust, have for handball when defending crosses and no one tackles (as often) like they did in the 80s.

Berisha was correct. How the f--k did all the officials all "miss it" make you wonder. Pretty damn obvious.

That was a great moment. I was laughing at how nervous he looked as he was waiting to come on, a minute later he's scored.

What has happened to Max Burgess? Is he still at Western?
Gardening leave. He wants out of his contract, western don't want to let him go without compensation, so he's sitting on the couch watching the games on TV.

He played one or two games. But I can’t imagine Rudan let something like this slip.
