I reckon Perez was onside by 1 foot. The yellow boot belonged to the victory player.

Ends 0-0. Western had 2 goals disallowed, the second of which, I've seen given, I think we was fractionally onside. The Victory got back into it. a firery encounter, lots of cards.

Same but the TV angles were rubbish, so happy to go with the Assistant's call of offside.

I watched the first half and it looked a decent enough game but I went to bed, it was way after 12am. Lightening delaying the second half of the Mac V Syd game by an hour almost.

Big deflection and the Glory take a lead against the run of play,  0-1

Two players I enjoy watching - Castro & Diamanti. Tonight Castro, despite his age, still looks a class act.

No Bouzanic for CCM. That will make a big difference I reckon. 2-0 City.

Die hard nix fan, but god it's been fun to see the mariners getting results again. Those fans have endured the grimmest five years, can't help feeling stoked for them. That Kalezic season was probably our bleakest season - they've had at least three comparable seasons in the last five years. Even if they do have Matt Simon, still sort of rooting for them this season

Annual finals disappointment enthusiast.

It sure is great to see any team other than a Melbourne/Sydney based team leading the pack. CCM fans have endured years of being the team the propped up the league, so it's about time they got some wins under the belt.

Really entertaining season so far. Really not much between the teams. Looks like any team can beat any other team on there day.

Great night for Mad Matt. Have to admit I couldn't entirely suppress some pleasure at him doing so well in his 200th Mariners game, especially seeing how much it meant to his wife, daughter and extended clan, not to mention all those long suffering fans.

It's good to see them finally have some squad depth. They won the game without two of their best performing players. The new imports looked promising and the young guys continue to step up. De Silva has got talent to burn and finally made a match winning difference last night after so often proving a disappointment.

Yes, I too am quietly a CCM fan when they are not playing the Nix. Best of both worlds. We beat them and they are beating everyone else. Always entertaining to watch Matty Simon play, it'll be a shame when he finally stops.

Being a reasonably new a-league fan, I actually think Simon is great. He's the pantomime villain that everyone loves to hate, but really would love to have on their team.  He wears his heart on his sleeve and I admire that, don't see it very often.  Happy for CCM to win most games apart from when they play us.  That seems like a reasonable deal.

I like him too,  do think he is a player you love on your team but all other teams hate him kind of player tho
