Sydney survive a late scare after Redmayne saves a penalty. Bentleigh and Avondale progress with comfortable wins.

I am shocked MV lost that. APIA couldn't even jog for the last 30 mins. Amazing.

Maybe not, Adelaide City beat WSW when they were reigning Premiers & still in the ACL + Redlands beat Adelaide when they were reigning Premiers/Champions. Both have arguments for them.

However this is the first time a NPL team has beaten an A-League team in the Round of 16 or higher.

FFA Cup kicks off again tonight, sadly not on Sky TV. If you can find a stream of BT Sport 1, Lions FC v Adelaide will be shown on that at 9:30pm.

Tonight's games are:

Lions FC v Adelaide

Melbourne City v Newcastle Jets

Bonnyrigg White Eagles v WSW

Adelaide Comets v Heidelberg United

Will be at the Adelaide Comets V Heidelberg game with my Nix scarf! I'll be impartial, but.. Any opportunity to wear yellow and black!

Babel has been playing Roly out wide all pre-season, gonna be interesting to see if he sticks with that during the regular season

Matty starting, he seems to have cemented a starting spot so far in pre-season

FFA Cup tonight, sadly doesn't look like Sky Sports is gonna be showing it. Avondale has been going well and Sydney will have a couple of their new boys on show, should be an interesting match. It will be on BT Sports again, so streams should be pretty easy to find.

Still find Babbel playing Roly out wide strange. WSW fans don't rate Nizic in goal at all, guess Snakes isn't at full fitness yet?

This Kamsoba for Avondale is singlehandedly costing the NPL side their chances.. Has the pace but has the first touch of a dog with a balloon.

I don't know how he'll get into the team, he just looks so clumsy and gets the ball stuck between his legs.
