I wonder if Ricki and/or Ramon will apply?

I'd imagine both of them + Farina.

I wonder if they're spending the minimum again this year.

Someone was fired...

But they still have three squad spaces available by my count, so hopefully whoever comes on board has a bit of money to play with.

All of those except Heward-Belle are on first team contracts, 23/23 spots filled.

What a relief ...

Mori, Oken, Milic, Mulvey, maybe even Papas all sound good ...

What can I say...

That being said, we'll still find a way to lose to them.

Five of the six are... Vidmar, Pappas, Herbert, Mori and Hudson are 5 of the 6 shortlisted. We suspect the sixth is from England

Yes Anthony Hudson

On who I would be happy with any of them...my pick would be Mori and then Herbert . Herbert maybe a little bit old school tie but we need someone to pull both the team and club back together again and I recall he was good with the local media during his time at the Nux.

Gatty saying Paul Dickov is in the frame. I doubt Hudson would leave the NZ job for CCM, that would be jumping out of the frying pan into the fire.

Yeah, would he be able to get a release for NZF or would they be happy to have a similar situation they did with Herbet at the 'Nix?

Even for applying, NZF should fire him!

Ray Gatt tweeted that CCM approached Teddy Sheringham with the job but got knocked back over the wages offered to him.

Why - CCM have a team, an organised back up team with a fax that works and plenty of games scheduled including pre-season games.

Sounds better than he has now

SBS, 442 reporting Oken's got the job..

Seems like someone got hold of Gatt's insider and kept feeding the troll ... Moir, Vidmar, Papas, Hudson, Herbert, Dickoff thenTerry Sherry Mulvey and Rudden... so 9 people...

Accordingly to reports emerging,, from the club Oken was there target from day one and they kept one person in reserve...

Gatty is also reporting Oken now...

Post from the Mariners forum ... interesting...

Timing is everything... I had breakfast with a mate this morning and he swore he saw Shaun having a chat with Okon at Jimmy Gs at West Gossie earlier in the week. This was all before Gatty's news broke.

Hand on heart!
