Bye Ernie it was nice having you here for a bit. Have fun in Melborne.

Same crew still in charge that gave him the boot to get Ange. He wont go back.

Bet he'll get a sweet kick out of wiping the floor with the Victory now though.

There actually two Managers between our Ernie and Ange (excluding Muscat as Caretaker) Durakovic and MaGilton

Yes but they fired Ernie cuz they had tapped up Ange to take over, but then he decided to stay another season with the Roar. Durakovic was a desperation appointment because they had no other options.

Last night the commentators were admiring his composure. This was when his team was 3 nil up after 30 minutes. I can't wait to see him suffer his first heavy defeat.

That is 7 wins in a row against us. If we never played the Victory again, I would be a happy man.

Can see some of where they are coming from. But the stuff on supporter materials is pathetic.

Victory in a bit of strife for the next month. Ansell, Galloway, Geria and Pain away with the Aussie u22 side combined with Princess copping a 2 match ban for his 2nd red of the season. Contreras and Archie have ongoing fitness doubts.

Princess will be back to face us, as they have the rescheduled game against WSW midweek after the Jets game next weekend.

[Edit: Seems Princess only gets a 1 match ban, not 2]

The Club and Milligan saying he wasn't on the radio last night. Must have been another Mark M from Melbourne people heard on it ...

Milligan limped out of training this morning, knee heavily bandaged.

Can have all the attacking players they want. Still don't have a backline.

Besart Berisha being coached by Kevin Muscat.

Jesus wept.

Just posted in the Brisbane thread and then realised it would be better here.

You can bet the Roar will go squealing that its the FFAs fault.

Does this signal an end to Victory's 4-2-2-2? I can't see Berisha playing in one, he is the pointy end of a 4-2-3-1 at the Roar.

Permalink Permalink

Surely Berisha and Muscat are at risk of actually killing somebody?

Good chance - his contract expires at the end of the season and he'll be 36 next season.

Strongly denied by Victory spokesman according to Fox News this a.m.

"At the end of the drive the lawmen arrive...

I'll take my chance because luck is on my side or something...

Her name is Rio, she don't need to understand...

Oh Rio, Rio, hear them shout across the land..."
