Very exciting, will be interesting to see how he goes in the Roar, which by all accounts is a fairly hostile environment. Hopefully they give him the benefit of the doubt like they did with Ange and left him find his feet and build the team.

Can't help but think this is a huge loss for NZ football, hopefully he comes back in some capacity in the future,.

Think he'll only come back here if ACFC were to turn professional "though that is difficult for a number of reasons." - Ramon quoted in latest Central Leader.

"They (Roar) have approached me ... I need a few days to rest and then I'll make a decision ... I need to make sure the decision I take is the right one."

I'll take my chance because luck is on my side or something...

We can assume that Antony Hudson will move on for the next world cup cycle, Ernie also isn't getting any younger.

Newcastle Jets have re-signed Serbian attacking midfielder Enver Alivodic for the 2015/16 season.

Bulut isn't gonna re-sign with WSW it sounds, their contract offer was too small.

Surprising, apparently WSW are struggling to stay above the cap minimum so they have room to splash cash.

WSW seem like they are just going to be crap for the next few seasons. Their signings just don't seem to show any ambition. It seems like their owners are being a bit tight.

Sydney have offered Smeltzy a 2 year deal.

2 years surprising being as he's 34 next season. The extra year must've been a clincher for him to be on less money.

Allegedly

In fact he might suit CCM which are not fond of a slow, patient buildup from the back.

I can almost see him pair up with Matt Simon in a fast-paced aggressive attack line-up.

That's a handy bunch. Reckon Ernie could get good stuff out of Dugandzic. Signed him for Victory and then lost him to Heart.

Maybe Ramsay for our LB position? Could bomb forward effectively like Ernie likes his fullbacks to do

He is rubbish, even worse at the back. At 27 this 'promise' people say he has is never gonna happen.

All not good enough. Dugandzic hasn't been good for a few seasons now, showed a little bit of promise at the beginning.

Ramsey is one of the worst in the league imo.

I didn't think Ramsay looked too bad this year, but maybe I'm just thinking he was better than he was because I can't recall any specific howlers.

Reckon if he can go on a run without injuries he could certainly recapture old form.
