Clisby released by the Glory to "pursue other football opportunities" aka join Melbourne City

Confirmed now

SSt saying a couple Dutch clubs are after Spiranovic, offering 4 year deals!

What do you reckon the chances are that PEC Zwolle are one of those clubs?

Sainsbury and Spiranovic club and country CB combination.

Would be a good pick. Think Spiranovic is the better of those two from whtat i've seen.

From one of my contacts at Wanderland:

The wispers are juric topper saba adaleke & la rocca are all looking for clubs so i think this A league season is gone & they are getting the new players for next acl.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Juric is the only player they have who can actually score a goal.

Ruka was a goal threat when he was played centrally at Perth.

Well he can't put a cross in from out wide, maybe they need to move him inside.

The only thing Ruka can do is run fast, and I feel like he's not even as fast as he used to be. Playing in the middle and waiting for balls over the top is how he scored his goals for Perth.

Sydney FC has continued to strengthen its squad during the January transfer window with the signing of 24 year old Australian left sided midfielder Robert Stambolziev.

Stambolziev has spent the last eight years of his career playing in Europe beginning in the youth team at English club Bristol City before moving to Greek giants Panathinaikos in 2009 and finishing up at Niki Volos in the Greek Super League.

if we were not so midfield heavy, would this be a good pick up? I think so.

Well, kind of.  Kennedy.

I see what you did there. You better hope he doesn't read this forum though, he's not known as the friendliest of characters. I learnt this from watching his 2007 biopic, No Country for Old Men.

?⚫️ 7 months... No, no, 2 yrs and a half. Yes... Since day one I am a fan of the WSW. I spent two yrs jn Italy streaming almost all WSW games at home. I wanted to play for this team so much, that I bought out my contract in Italy. But you know what ? €100.000 well spent. I don't regret. Never will. Playing in front of these fans and living the experiences that I have lived in these months, no money in the world can pay. I am part of the History ?. I'm proud of that. Unfortunately, you will never know the truth. But you actually never do?. Thanks to my teammates that supported me and helped me growing as a player as well. It's all about them, don't forget it. ⚽️ Goodbye Western Sydney, goodbye Australia. ?⚫️ Do it with passion, or not at all. And Be Different, normal is boring. Really. ?✌️

Nah, dont think they got on even at CCM. He moved to Sydney for his personal training business and there have been rumours that his back still isnt right. Guessing he is likely to retire on all that cash Sydney lured him away from CCM with.

Can't see bojic getting into WSW so not sure where that leaves him footballing wise. I always thought he was a steady-eddy type right back.

Citeh I suppose could use his services - they are still short of anything near quality at the back.

Guessing he'll want to stay in NSW... Jest might be needing new players.

During his time at the Mariners he was more than decent and would have fitted our current style of play very very well. Last year he suffered from injuries  (I think) and this year when on the park he has been pretty average. Have his outside intetests been a part of his decline?

According to the Guardian's transfer blog, Michael Eagar is being chased by both Sydney clubs.

Was always speculated his personal training business was why he wanted the move to Sydney. He always seemed a reluctant footballer.

Haha. It'll be Aaron Clapham is being chased by both Sydney clubs next.
