Well to be a marquee player don't they have to fit under some sort of category e.g played international football, or for a top club. what's this guy done that makes him a marquee signing?

If they were looking for ex Premier League strikers that dont score much, surely Darius Vassell would be a better option. Tho think he wanted to find another Turkish club.
