I hate Ticketek fullstop

I don't.

I deal with the agencies a lot and having been on the receiving end of mistakes from both Ticketek and Ticketmaster, I would much rather deal with Ticketek. Ticketek have sorted me out with corrective action every time. Ticketmaster have left me to fend myself trying to convince a venue there's been a mistake.

Plus, despite neither agency technically allowing transfers or refunds, work travel has forced me to be unable to attend shows booked. I have twice been given transfers to different nights by Ticketek while Ticketmaster have always just said tough when they respond and usually just ignore any such request.

Ticketek aren't perfect but, in my experience, fix their mistakes while Ticketmaster pretend nothing has happened and leave you hanging.

That'll be the PAX of the season members, which won't be the PAX for Sunday. Mean we have about 2000 members.

A big thank you to Maddie at the Ticketek memberships hotline too. Brenda is not the only good egg there.

I spoke to Maddie twice yesterday... once to ask for easy tickets and to organise the emailing of them to two different email addresses depending on whether it got processed on Thursday (when i was the got to person at my end) or Friday (when it would be someone else) and explained I needed it all sorted because i would be at sea sailing in a Cook Strait yacht race all of Saturday and Sunday, and not getting back until 4.20pm Sunday... all no problem for her... and then I spoke to her again when I got home to find 5 season membership packages in my letter box. She remembered who I was, looked up my request (which had not yet been actioned), cancelled the request for easy tickets, wished me good luck in my yacht race, and said she hoped we all had a fantastic time at the game...

...and then signed off with "And I hope the Phoenix win!"

Bloody brilliant job they're doing under trying circumstances that are not of their (the staff on the membership hotline) making.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Phoenix fans. We have to win them over one fan at a time.

I can't even get through on the 'hotline' - "due to heavy caller demand we cannot connect your call, please call during our office hours which are Monday to Friday, 9-5pm".

The money is out my credit card so at least it's gone through. Wish I'd even just ordered last week now!!

Not quite...the same Steve-O who wasn't buying a season ticket until Terry sorted his shiiite out, and also the same one that didn't buy last year due to missing 4 games over the xmas period

And now...the Steve-O who HAS bought a season ticket, but still doesn't know how to get into Sunday's game!

That explains not buying your season ticket until the takeover... what were you waiting for the other three weeks? (Well, the two weeks and six days to yesterday since Terry departed.)

That can be easily explained in one word - PROCRASTINATION!

I'm not annoyed I've not got my season pass, I am annoyed that there appears to be no system in place to deal with procrastinators like myself who leave things to the last minute! Living in NZ, where people seem to love waiting to the last minute to buy tickets, you'd think they'd have something in place without each of us individually having to call them up.

The system is call and say, "I am a procrastinator. Please don't reciprocate and procrastinate like me."

Seems like a sound system to me.

And given the track record of passes arriving late, procrastination is a very risky policy.... as you are discovering!

My other excuse is I was off watching Scotland in the Rugby World Cup and was skint / distracted during that time. And then I was ill. And the dog ate my homework as well.

Well after 35 (THIRTY FIVE!) minutes on hold I finally got through to a surprisingly helpful lady who has organised an e-mail ticket for me.

She said that ALL tickets were supposed to have arrived today, including mine that I only ordered on Wednesday! I've not been home so I don't actually know if mine is sitting in my post box...would be amazed if that was the case, but she seemed to think it might be!

Well crossing did no good and now Feverette can't even get through on the phone. FFS.......

As I said before hopefully our normal passes will work (having them puts us in a better position that some I guess)

Mine didn't turn up yet.
Ticketek said "ring us today and we'll give you an e-ticket"
But the line was busy all day.

So, either a) my season pass arrives in the mail Saturday morning (what are the chances?)
or b) I buy a ticket at the gate and ticketek refund me ...

they had better!

Ordered Family membership last week ( I went to Kilbirnie post shop and mailed the form in by fast post last Wedensday - the order was processed the next day) and the passes arrived by Greenpac courier today (at first I too thought it was something from Green Peace).  Pax 2143-2146
No complaints about service here - although I wasn't keen to ring the number and have to be on hold  for 30 minutes.

You could try using the contact form on the ticketek website and hope for the best. A friend used it today and a e-ticket got sent through.

Good luck

I received a greenpac envelope today correctly addressed to me, but instead of containing the 2 Yellow Fever Zone season memberships I ordered, it has 4 foundation club passes which are not in my name and are for seats in a different part of the ground.

I have spent over 100 minutes on phone to hotline today without getting through to speak to anyone. I have sent a message via the contact form on the Ticketek website (thanks to mooman for the tip).

What are the options should no etickets turn up?  Is there somewhere at the ground on Sunday that we could approach with the foundation m/ship passes and a print-out of my order confirmation so that we can gain entry on Sunday and sort out the memberships later? If so, where would that be and when would it open?

I've had success going to Ticketek agents with photo ID, membership number, and the credit card used for membership purchase. Demand that a paper ticket be printed off for you. This can also be done at the ticket booth with the red walls outside the stadium.
