exactly! my c/c was charged the day I called, so they've had my money for over a month now, is already costing me interest and I've got nothing to show for it......get with the programme ticketek and sort your suppliers out - I'm tired of waiting already.

I'm hoping that our standard membership passes that actually turned up will work just fine.

Hopefully don't need the foundation membership passes to get in.... :)cosmo2011-10-10 20:26:38

Ours are 'only' standard memberships .. and so far we have received NOTHING!

According to what I was told when I phoned about my foundationless season ticket, access to some match-day lounge at the Stadium. No idea what that actually means in detail.

Be thankful you've got your season pass - I know a few, including yours truly, who are still waiting.

Ordered and paid for 5 passes months ago.

This is season five and we're still suffering the same season ticketing bullsh*t we had to put up with in season one.

I don't think they distinguished visually between foundation and normal memberships....isn't there a different pass coming for the foundation thing? a wrist band or something...

Just spent 10 minutes on hold with tick***K on a toll call. Didn't even manage to get through to ask where the hell our 6 tickets we ordered in July are!!!!!!!

Yay!! My season pass in the mail today!!! So Feckin' happy!

I wonder if the delay was because:
1/ the company that makes the cards prefers to make them in one batch so leaves it to the last minute - and/or
2/ the company that makes the cards wanted to make sure it was going to get paid for them first before it printed them so left it to the last minute

Ticketek only process the transaction ans send it through to the card makers or Phoenix... I don't think its their fault particularly
