We're more than happy to help if it's too confusing - there's even a chart to help you out.

If you're still confused, give the hotline a call on 04 384 2457, or flick an email to phoenix@ticketek.co.nz.

Probably the best place to chuck this atm

The FFA will release its 2015-16 fixture by the end of June, and aims to reveal the date of the grand final several weeks earlier.

It is understood that its preferred date is the first Sunday in May – which would be May 1 next year – and it would like to make that a regular date on the calendar in the way that the AFL's last Saturday in September is for its sport, subject to broadcaster approval.

So have they tentatively booked out every stadium in Australia to ensure there's not a repeat of this seasons cock up?

I guess so, well apart from the Hunter Paddock and Gosford.

Just need to make sure the Stadium in Wellington is free that weekend

2 tickets renewed, today is the last day to keep your same seats.

[Edit: note they take the full lump sum out straight away this time, they hadn't in the last couple seasons]

Permalink Permalink

i am going to renew but cannot afford it at the moment so i may lose my seat, oh well there are plenty of empty yellow seats about so no problem really, will just have to remember a new seat number.

I doubt you'll lose your seat, in the past I have renewed well past that date and still got my seat. So long as it is before they start the allocating you'll be fine.

Gave most of last season a miss, as opted for U20WC venue pack & Cricket WC tickets over season ticket.

Hoping to get season tickets for me & kids - one of whom is under 4.

For those who've done this before - how do I get him in?

Am I able to get a season ticket/flexi pass for him, or do I have to pick up a ticket each matchday for him? (The avoidance of which, is kind of the point of a season ticket)

What age of children admitted for free?

Children 4 years of age or younger will be admitted for free, but they must be seated on the lap of an accompanying adult.

Thanks J82, what but I'm pretty sure he still needs an actual ticket to get in.

I'm trying to find out if I have to faff about getting an actual ticket for him each time.

Permalink Permalink

I don't think he does need a ticket. Hence sitting on your lap so he doesn't take up a seat. The only hassle you'd have is if red badge decide to ask your kid for ID or something stupid.

Nah it's no ticket, I've been taking my daughter for 3 seasons without a ticket, and have taken up to 4 under 4s at once (They love the noise and chants - we're in aisle 20 just beside the Fever Zone), this will be my daughter's firstseason with a ticket (She turns 5 this month)

Thanks guys. Time to start saving up for the new season

Walking out after the loss to Victory on the last day 2013/14 (the conga match), the most tragic thing was that I was already planning to get tickets for 2014/15.

Although this didn't eventuate, I've taking the plunge in 2015/16 & bought my first Phoenix season ticket. Mrs Wolf has inspected the fixtures, & decided that Sundays are out for Junior Wolf, so I'm only inflicting him with a Flexipass.

Bring on the new season.

Renewed mine yesterday. What is this crew from Palmy you speak of. Translation - I wouldn't mind car pooling.
