Another factor is the stadium size relative to crouds.

The off season from a promotional perspective, other than a bit of media about Saprong, has been as dead as a dodo.

I get Ernie not wanting to make announcements until he has signatures  but there's not even any statements of intent e.g. we're actively looking to ....... or we're working on.......

Nothing.

I know a few guys who haven't renewed their season tickets - they haven't decided not to but it's nowhere near front of mind because the Nix have been largely invisible.

We've lost a hat full of players and signed 2 - what's to get excited about?

There's only 6 weeks until the season kicks off and we've still got half a team to recruit (slight exaggeration) and this is our last season - as things stand.

I'm sort of confident it will come right but there won't be a buzz until there's something to get excited about (a few more good signings (not just kids), new kit and supporter wear and a licence extension.

He dribbles a lot and the opposition dont like it - you can see it all over their faces. (Ron Atkinson)

Not to mention the complete lack of ANYTHING AT ALL about our license extension...

Do you really need more to be excited about other than our glorious Nix about to start the season?

underwhelming off season...yet to get my money.  I will see how rest of pre season fixtures and any more signings go then decide.  Going with Pick 6 may be an option and it cuts down on travel costs as well.  Just have to choose 6 games we will win...;>)

A small town in Europe........looking to bounce straight back up....well that aint going to happen

I find the harder games can be the most enjoyable. Preparing for a tough game and losing is disappointing, but winning is amazing. Preparing for an 'expect to win' type fixture makes a loss aweful

I never had any issues, every time I presented the season pass they checked their prinout to make sure it was the right one and let me on.

This: $113.25/6 = $18.87 per game.

Season pass: $189/13 = $14.53 per game.

This isn't bad if you can only commit to 6 games.

Still haven't got around to renewing our 2 yet. Mainly because we had a holiday to pay for (got back last week). Will do it probably next week when it's next month on the credit card!

Only 11 games in Wgtn, so $189/11 = $17.20 per game.

the Melbourne Victory ones are insane, how great would the stadium be with 23,000 season ticket holders.

I know its an unrealistic ask but it would be amazing.

4 million people and a very strong culture of memberships in Melbourne does help a little!

yea over 10x our population and about 10x our ticket sales seems about right.

But as I say woudlnt it be amazing if we sold that many.

Not sure if the membership figure is season ticket holders. I'm sure our figure includes season ticket, nix six, and club members.

Its about trying to build a culture and reason for people to buy them and keep buying them in the future, like you say Melbourne has a great Culture of it from History, maybe the nix needs to look at how other Teams/Codes have done it over there and try and build it here as from memory the culture and benefits etc can extend beyond the sport/team/stadium itself.

I'm sure winning the tourno this year will set us up for good sales next year.  And if there are more poeple then the expereince should be better, convincing more of those people to continue to renew even if we pork the next season up.

so the solution is simple, win the A League this year.

Club memberships for me and Junior Jag sorted. :-)

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

The season tickets are simply incredible value. To go to a match in England at the equivalent standard of football costs considerably more.

My season membership just automatically renewed. Was it supposed to do that?
