I'm going to have to get a response from the club I guess are "New in 2014/15"

I wasn't a season ticket holder in 13/14, but was for 3 seasons before that, does that make me "new in 14/15" or not?

is a good idea but for me it is a bit early to be passing over my cash with such a long time before the next season starts

Child is 16 or under. Got one season left before we can't get family pass.

Spare shekels not a lot, but will do this I think.

Thought it was under 16 or 15 and under.

Yep 16 or under:  http://memberships.ticketek.co.nz/PHOENIX/Organisa...

8. Child Season Tickets (and the child component of family season tickets) apply to persons 16 years or younger as at the time of purchasing their membership. Family season tickets comprise of 2 adult and 2 child season tickets. Concession season tickets apply to New Zealand super-annuitants with a NZ Super Card and tertiary students with Student ID. Proof of eligibility for child and concession season tickets MUST be available for display on entry into the venue, at point of sale and point of collection or season tickets and/or game day tickets can be cancelled.

can of worms. But 2 games annoys me. Am used to it enough that I (probably) won't go on about it too much. Better than 3+ anyway, and home away trips are often fun if you can afford them.

Thought it was under 16 or 15 and under.

You'[re making it sound like the confusion around Under 5s last year. One website said 4 & Under, while another said Under 4s...just annoying, but was 4 & Under when I contacted the Nix to check.

I assume foundation memberships still exist, through the corresponding classes.

As in narrow-minded, small-minded, petty, blinkered, myopic, intolerant. That does sound enticing.

I hope they retain it in some form.

Yes, it is mild elitism but some of us are proud to pull out our special grey (power) card. I don't really care if it is exactly the same price as a season pass (or benefits level) but it's a great way to demonstrate your loyalty to the club from the start.

(Not like Johnny come 2nd years like Smithy)

You dont need a foundation card to have attended every "home" game! 104 and counting - this Sunday 105.

Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

Well I've got a season on you, though wasn't a season member 13/14 (Was a Club Member)

Hi all,

Thank you for your ongoing support. The 2014/15 season saw us hit a record number of season tickets and memberships, with 4183 (season 2013/14 was 3568) and we're keen to get that up to 4500 for the 2015/16 season.

Season Tickets and Memberships go on sale from midday today (sorry, slight delay from the original plan of 9am). You'll receive an email from Ticketek today with your log in details.

There looks to be a bit of confusion as to what price you'll pay - when you log in your correct price will pop up. If you don't think it's right, just flick Ticketek an email on phoenix@ticketek.co.nz or phone 04 384 2457.

If you didn’t have a pass in 13/14 but did for 12/13 (or earlier) and then brought for 14/15, you will still receive the "pre 2014/15 price".

The idea behind keeping pricing lower for continued renewal is to reward loyalty for those that support through thick and thin.

We're repeating the year-round direct debit too with DebitSuccess (you choose the payment frequency), so you can pay for your membership like you would for a gym membership etc - try to lessen the pain that the lump sum payment can bring. (Direct debit through DebitSuccess comes at an additional 5% cost).

Renew or purchase your seat before 5pm on Thursday 30 April and you’re in to win an exclusive experience with the Wellington Phoenix: two tickets to the first final at Westpac, an ‘up close and personal’ experience with the team at a training and an official Hyundai A-League match ball.

FYI - Don't miss the Members-only open training this Thursday 16 April at 10am, Wespac Stadium.

Thanks for your support!

Kyla

Got the email, will be renewing. Really enjoyed our first season as season ticket holders, which seems to have coincided with the best season the club has had for a while. Would have got a season ticket sooner but have been playing 5 a side myself on Sunday nights the last few years so could never make the 5pm Sunday games, only the few Friday or Saturday games. That switched to Tuesdays this season so we could do it.

On the benefits page I notice the stadium parking is going up to $15. Haven't made use of the $10 parking myself, but some people who use it may not have noticed that.

HUGE congrats to the club for the online renewal. That was really easy, and I wanted to throw some really unusual curve balls at it - and it handled it perfectly.

I have a family membership with my friend Adam and his 2 kids and I.

It's a Silver Family mermbership, in Aisle 23 - just to the right of the YF zone with seats right on the steps between Aisle 22 and 23.

I wanted:

1. To keep the family membership

2. Adam and the kids wanted to keep their seats in Aisle 23;

3. I wanted to change my part of the family membership to YF Zone

4. Adam and the kids wanted to keep theirs as just season ticket holders,

5. but I wanted to upgrade my part to a Premium Club Member

And the online renewal web site said "Yep, sure, that's too easy!"

I was impressed. Great use case-ing in the design there.

Thanks.
