As if it could auto-renew I would expected it to happen a while ago.

Seriously; Wednesday I got the email asking why I hadn't renewed my membership, and I was all like "because I'm waiting for next payday", and then Thursday I got another email saying "your membership has been renewed". I wonder if I clicked a button in my sleep or something.

Got my season pass yesterday, god they look stupid.

I haven't had a season ticket since 08/09 as I was unable to make it to most games due to work commitments. Looking to get one again this year, so am very excited. If I haven't got a clue of what my membership number is, will I still be able to somehow get the discounted returning member price?

How are the numbers looking?

That's up over 300 in the last week. That's really encouraging.

So I had a call from Tickletech, and they have said the price on Kids tickets has been dropped and discounts will be given to all current members as well :D

$20 for a childs season pass, seriously for value that can NOT be beaten...Less than $2 a game...if you have a kid get them along!!

They are probably phasing out the 'kids go free' type promotions in favour of cheap season tickets. 

This is a good business move. They are trying to build up that culture of season ticket buyers.

Lots of parents are probably looking at the fixture list and thinking it was not worthwhile getting kids season tickets. This way no real risk getting a season ticket for kids.

What is it for a kid to go to the movies these days? $10 ??

Put's a $20 kids season pass in perspective as excellent value.

I got a call from Ticketek, they lowered the kids ticket prices and refund the difference. I think she said it around $2 per game cheaper.

Yeah down from $45 to $20 :) 

Any idea how long the family day event goes on for (kick off @ 11 am) tomorrow?

Finally got around to renewing tonight. Looks like we were still able to renew the same seats too, although not that bothered about that. Will go along to the Family Day tomorrow.

Picked up our membership pack. Looks like there were lots of people enjoying the day with kids really having a good time. It would be good if the Phoenix managed to sell a few more memberships on the day.

It would be funny if this was the moment where Burns tried that back heel into an open net and stuffed it up. This would be the very point where everyone is going from "YEEHH...." to "....ohhhh".

Actually on closer inspection, the scarves probably hint that it's not. Meh.

Does anyone have a pic of the new scarf? I haven't picked up my season ticket pack yet.

Season pass hasn't arrived after two weeks... do you guys find that this is the usual, or should I be contacting Ticketek to organise paper tickets for this Sunday's game?

Normal. We signed up at the family day last year and didn't get them in time for the first game. Then didn't get around to renewing until the night before the family day this year and I enquired this morning and was told it takes up to 3 weeks and to let them know if we haven't received them by Thursday so we can get paper tickets for the first game.
