Cheers for your opinion, what if we played on Eden Park 2.....or would the cricket peope get upset?

This means that Auckland should never have a club in A-League.  

Auckland should have two clubs in A-League, like any city this size, with these transport problems.

"We know you’ve been waiting to get your membership organised for the 2017/18 season, and after a small hiccup set us back 24 hours we are very happy to confirm that all membership offerings will go on sale from Tuesday 15 August, 12pm onwards".

I renewed my Foundation membership online.

I got that too. The "Renew" option doesn't work. You have to click on "Packages" in the bar midway down the page, then "Foundation Membership", then "Buy Now".

They don't like making it too easy.

must admit my History has 20 child memberships in it. As well as How do you have a BUY NOW for a Foundation membership of a 10 year old club (I did not check for one)

Got one and Isabella today ($20 to renew a child is a great deal). Note on email received they are planning the Community Day for 30th September to get memberships packs (or at first game). Venue and time TBC

Fudge me. I tried to purchase last night. Had to reset password to me, but once logged in, I couldn't get the system to accept my cards or account details. Trying logging today; no luck. Check my inbox, new email from the club, and they've created a new password for me. Doesn't work though & when I try 'forgot password', it tells me my user name (which their email confirmed) doesn't exist. 

If I hadn't pulled all my hair out supporting the Nix, I'd be doing it now. Faith still kept with Blew.2 's post above giving me hope that they've at least managed to clone Brenda.

and winning the National League and Chatham Cup once (OK in the same season) can hardly be called ruling NZ football for many years!

Still considering whether or not to bother renewing my Foundation Membership..... I probably will, but my enthusiasm has dwindled.

As a long-term member, I just don't feel part of the club in any way - in fact I feel the club has distanced itself from its members in the last couple of years. The club gives tickets away like confetti and cares more about the non-members than those that were there from the very start. We are just an expected and easy part of the revenue stream - just an A-League stat. There wasn't even a half-arsed email of thanks from the club last year for 10 years of loyal support.

Mind you, the club still can't even manage to send me an email to the correct address after 10 years FFS!

Probably a quarter of our games away from home again shows that the commercials continue to be more important than re-growing the stable and loyal local fan base that they've lost a big chunk of. Let alone generating on-field momentum for the club which was when the club was at its most buoyant, the zone was rocking, the pub was busy before games etc. People genuinely wanted to join in and be part of that exciting club and atmosphere.

I will be waiting for the fixture list (and I just know that "at least 10" means 10 games). I now spend more days in Aussie doing away trips and catching other games while there than I do at the ROF!

I admire the painful positivity of the most of you guys - hopefully I will fire back up but I'm not there yet.

Does everyone realise that they have set all the passwords to the same thing? Phoenix2018?

So you could just stab in any membership number and log in as that person.

It strikes me that this is not at the forefront of security practices.

These accounts can have credit card details saved to them too (although part of the number is ****) and month, year, and CVC have to be filled in.

Ten years and as much improvement in this as there is in the quality of A League referees.

So apparently my membership account doesn't exist anymore.

As per Blew.2's post further up. Try entering your email as Username, instead of member number.

Maybe someone at Fever Towers could get in Domey's ear, and club could make some kind of thank you presentation to Brenda at a home game. I'd imagine she'd get quite an ovation.

Brenda is an acronym for "Lifesaver" when it comes to Ticketec.

Password didn't work.

Attempt to purchase came back with error.

But then tried a different way and had success.

Very disappointed. For the first time in years, I don't get to call Brenda.

Whoever I spoke to on the end of the Phoenix number said that wasn't what should be used. For some reason my membership number was different to the one in my original Ticketek email. I don't know.

Complete shambles, Im trying to buy 4 season tickets, not only did the supplied login credentials not work, but when I finally reset my password and tried to pay, it refuses both of my visa cards - for no good reason.

Why do I bother?

It wouldn't be the Phoenix without the annual ticketec fudge up. Thank God for Saint Brenda.
