What is the situation with caps for members? I saw a few around but they weren't giving them out with premium club memberships.
Yeah I didn't get a cap initially but pointed it out and they gave me one. Helped having the email printed out, thanks to whoever recommended that!

Some good news...Two persons from my work whom I have been badgering, went to our first game of the season and have decided to buy Season Tickets. This is great news and if we can all encourage others to come along, we just might sneek up to that 10k level! Fingers crossed.
What's the deal with membership cards? I bought my season ticket the same day as the Community day and nothing in the mail. Do I just wait patiently or is there somewhere to pick it up from?

Surprised the club haven't chased me up this season. The last 2 years I left it late to renew and didn't get around to it until a few days before the first game and both years someone called me to remind me to renew about a week before the first game. This year decided not to renew and they haven't been in touch.

Contacted the club 2 weeks ago and they said they would get something out to me - nothing as yet
Hate to be a whinger, but for fudge sake, I'm yet to get a reply from the Nix about my Northern membership I ordered a couple of days after memberships were avaliable to purchase. Haven't heard anything back from them, nor have I received anything in the mail. It's difficult being a fan when the club isn't performing both on and off the pitch.

Nothing from my northern membership yet either (other than a credit card debit!).

No, still haven't received my membership pack and it is November already. Also based in Auckland. Been a club member for 4 years but will probably give it a miss next time. Such poor organisation and lack of appreciation for outside of Wellington fans

Received mine this week (Im an overseas member) but only because I emailed the club. Not sure there is much value in the pack this year - Scarf, fridge magnet, car sticker and lanyard - NO Cap which is what I wanted most.
