A -League - players off contract

surely Lia has to stay!!!, hes been playing some awesome footy of late! I'm not too fussed if Aloisi stays or goes, his leadership is awesome but on the field he has certainly had his moments which I'm sure he'd like to forget.

Rees, Felipe and Lia should be chained to a bench and water tortured until they sign new long term contracts.

He was completely blasted on Total Football by Vidmar.

I'm not a fan of Sarkies. Never have been. He plays well for the Olyroos but has been sh*te for Melbourne + Adelaide save a few good things here and there.

Musialik would be the biggest buy for any A-League club imo. That guy is class and would replace Johnson easily. Wont happen, but eh.

One day hopefully there will be enough depth home grown here that can step up to the A-league. That's probably a few years away.

Or enough talent that we can create the N-league.

you would sort of hope that by the time a kid has left school his dad on the sidelines would be less of a problem , looks like that's not the case in this instance

He is vastly (sp?) overrated, as HN has already stated. He was supposed to be the next big thing. At Melbourne he had limited opportunities, but even so produced very little. At Adelaide its more of the same, big hype, little product.

His set pieces are supposed to be awesome - yet I only remember him scoring 1 for Melbourne against perth - rest distinctly average. He's no better than Felipe. I'd even say I'd rather Ferrante and Lia. Plus, we dont need another midfielder of his position (AMC).

I've already stated who I'd like to see signed somewhere in this thread.
