So Taylor's not happy to play in Australia again and goes back to UK only to take a deal in the gulf?  That's real nice of him leave the club high and dry like that weeks out

I believe it was reported when Taylor left that he was heading for the gulf. Some sort of job opportunity. Fitness based I think, that's why he was seen with Winston Reid over there.

Good on him. Eligibility status? South Sudanese (was just Sudan back then) refugee settled here since he was six, so must be a NZ passport holder? One to keep an eye on?

Scratch that. Just Transfermarkt'd him and see he's played for South Sudan in African Cup of Nations qualifiers.

As you were.

Yeah, he went straight there from here to be a personal trainer.

Cammy picked up an assist in a game in the last week. Got into the box and laid it off. Has he still got his own thread?

Ex Nix catchup in India. Des Buckingham's Mumbai City (6th) draw 1-1, with David Williams's ATK Mohun Bagan (5th).
https://us.soccerway.com/matches/2022/02/03/india/indian-super-league/mumbai-city/atk-mohun-bagan/3714107/

Williams (his 3rd for the season) with the goal for ATK Mohun Bagan. He didn't have his old mate Krishna (4 goals)  with him in the match day squad. Roy in camp with Fiji, for the Jan window?

Cammy Devlin scores his first goal for Hearts in a 2-0 win.

Devlin’s goal. Wins the ball and then follows through. Hearts have been out of sorts recently and still looked a bit disjointed in this game I think.

Greive (no 21) with a pretty legitimate claim to a pen, just after Ronan is sent off, and it's still 0-0. Definite push in the back it looks. Needed to really make a stronger appeal to the ref. He'll learn. Wonder if it went to VAR?

The SPL doesn't have VAR. Lucky them!

The reffing is bad enough, I wouldn’t trust them with VAR. it would just make “penalty Rangers” even more common.

That's not a pen for me, VAR or otherwise. Contact is slight and the ref couldn't have been better positioned to make the call.

Brandon Wilson has signed for the Jets. I know people on here didn't rate him but I hope he rediscovers that form he had in his first season at the Glory (except when playing vs us ofc)

I hope we qualify for the WC and Australia fail. Just to make him think what might have been.

Cammy Dee a 87th min sub for Hearts as they beat 10 man Hibs 2-1 in their Scottish Cup semi. They will face winner of Celtic v Rangers in the final. Devlin's first game back from 5 weeks out injuried.

Hearts beat Greive's St Mirren in their quarter final a month ago.

if he wanted to come back to NZ and play in the a-league I wouldnt be unhappy to welcome him back. He and Sotirio would have defenders in tears with their pace.

Queenslander 3x a year.

He has a NZ passport, so isn't a visa. As long as he wouldn't want a ludicrous amount, we would be daft not to consider him.

Roy’s a top 3 club legend for me. I’d absolutely love to see him play in Wellington again, it’d be wonderful for him to finish his career here and he’s still class so wouldn’t just be a nostalgia run.

I was really confused when he was talking about having disagreements with a coach who didn't know the A-League, because I didn't really remember him playing under Darije, I kind of thought he left with Barbourouses after Merick's last season. And Merick is obviously Mr A-League.

But, looking at the mid season outs in that season... it was so chaotic. Makes me  very happy that we've got Ufuk in the situation we're in. Imagine if we had a coach like Kalezic during this period?

People claiming that Ufuk has lost the dressing room should watch that footage and see what it really looks like when a coach has lost a dressing room.

Who kick the ball further, Keegan or the 8 yr olds he coaches.
The Tasmanian NPL can't be any great shakes surely. But wish him all the best.
