I'm saying nothing without my lawyer present, by which I do not mean Auckland Phoenix.

Assuming I can navigate the bus system in San Jose, I'm going to watch Cunningham play tomorrow. It kicks off at 3pm NZ time.

So I survived! Hooray. Was a bit of trek out to the game. But well worth it. Top draw atmosphere. Probably about 9,000 in a 10,000 rectangular stadium with a good active zone and plenty of joining in from the other parts of the ground.

As for the game, it finished 0-0 but was pretty entertaining. Kennny started on the bench after being out suspended for the last two  games. He probably got abour 30 minutes. Looked pretty lively and hit the post after beating a couple of players.

Good luck to him. I hope he carves up. I guess the Nix reckoned they had enough in A-Rod, Rufer and Ridenton to move him on.

So he's the 3rd kiwi at South Melbourne now then - along with Adams and Eagar?

South Melbourne may need to be careful, some genius may decide they're not doing enough for Australian football and kick them out of the league.

More likely they'd move into the HAL to create another 17 derby's every season.

He got homesick and returned to Auckland to be back with family. He was only 15 when he arrived, to be fair.

Shame for the young man.

Hopefully its a temporary thing, he was getting time with the NIX reserves at a level most 15 year olds can only dream about.

Did anyone see the clearances page that marcel kampman has transfered from asb to lower hutt?  Anyone know the Goss about this I know he was sails back up for united last year and he was in the academy but he is originally from down south (that's where his family is from) so seems strange he is at lower hutt

Is he still part of the nix set up? If so, he may have been told he wasn't going to get much game time in Central League with Wellington United and a move was engineered?
