No matter what happens, we've given a very good account of ourselves tonight. With a bit more luck (or better decision making up front) we could have won this.

Hard to see us beat City on penalties but hope is free, right?

No Hoops, Pisco, Payne nor Sail. And w/o the other two imports we should have.
Might be a tasty post Jan14 season finish if it all falls into place.

Paulsen MOM for that penalty shoot out. I've never seen a goalie suss it so well in that situation.

Paulsen you legend! Plus Rufer is allowed to miss, he did a great defenders job today- but fantastic from Waine and Lewis after their last pens!
Freakn!!!

Man I've seen better penalties being taken down in Masters 5 but phew we got through!!!! Bravo Nick! I thought he was going to chip the keeper, Totti-style! Still, we'll take it.
Also, Alex Paulsen take a bow mate! Great performance and 3 pens saved... Outstanding!

Rufer has found his position - CB. Did very well against their"Big Guns" minus McLaren. And no booking either!

And another 2 (one in regular time) that were hit over the bar (which the keeper can get take a little credit for, regarding position/timing, etc to put them off).

Pennington MOTM for me, we've found our best CM combo in Him and Lewis.  And Rufer did well too! A clean sheet against city deserves a big thumb up, and i think playing at the back allows Rufer time and space to look and pass.  Well done boys! Our best performance
