Checking my email frequently today.  No sign of the tickets yet...

Same. I'm hoping they will come out before 1, since all the presales would have finished then for them to process.

i got my ticket this morning using football family number hassle free and ticket in in box right away,then about 3 minutes later a mate phones to say he wanted to come so phoned ticketek back to get another ticket just started the transaction and 12.00 noon came up so could not process it any further because the football family ended at noon. so now have to phone back at 1pm he said he had put the seat i wanted on hold so i am hopefull it all works out.

We're working hard with Ticketek to resolve all these issues raised here.
 
If you are experiencing issues with your ezy ticket you can ring the hotline and they can resend. Just be aware that there are only two or three people on the hotline at any given time.

was not blaming ticketek, more blaming my mate for getting back to me so late told him on sunday i was getting tickets at 11-45am today as football family tickets closed at noon. got it sorted at 1.00pm and even got him the seat next to mine

TICKETEK WILL NOT SEND TICKETS TO PEOPLE WHO SMELL LIKE TURNIPS

What would be useful, given high anxiety levels here (no idea why ), is some indication of when tickets will actually be sent today (ie with actual seat numbers on them to members who 'ordered' yesterday).  Through the day, or at a specific time?  If the latter, when.

Ticketek are just now finalising the processing of all tickets purchased to date. All ezy tickets will be emailed and they should be with you this afternoon!

Did you get yourself a seat in the zone? I wonder how full that is at the moment.

I purchased them this morning.  Pre 1pm and was told no reserved seating.

I've had the same seat for 5 years. I am the most superstitious and habitually anal person in the stadium about my seat. I was assured by the man from Ticketek that I'd have my USUAL seat when the "real" tickets come out today.
 
Selling tickets is supposed to be their core business, but they continually fech it up. Several workmates are also long standing season ticket holders and on every occasion thier normal seat has been sold to someone else for Friday's match. I sit with the same guys every year, but not on Friday.

On the phone to Ttek now.......fifth time today (website hasn't worked all day for Season Ticket holders) and finally got to speak to a human (or something that sounds a bit like one). Quote-"Have there been problems with tickets for this game? Really?"
Give me farkin strength........

...........So as I was saying, Ticketek are a pleasure to deal with. The young shaver I spoke with dallied for a while, then took my money and WE GOT OUR USUAL SEATS X4!!!! Email received with tickets one minute later.

Ahhhhh.....the power that is Grandadi.........

I wouldn't have a problem with all this stuff up, if Ticketek had sold my usual seats this morning but the guy on the phone told me they'd been sold yesterday, which means Ticketek were not following the members yesterday, members and extra tickets this morning and general public this afternoon rule. I phoned this morning at 9am - as soon as the phone line opened so my seats should have still been empty on the system, but they'd been sold and apparently the ten rows between our usual seats and where we've ended up! Not impressed one bit!

Did they sell them or were they linked to your password from yesterday and they had not been released to Football family members at 9 am. it will be a long hold but you can check through one of the supervisors.

and surprise, surprise - my seats were actually still available! The lovely Mya (sp?) checked and has cancelled the seats we were given this morning and has issued tickets for our season ticket seats (already emailed through to me). Happy Feverette!

Just got my tickets 30mins ago. Was quite easy but my seats were sold. Have sorted tickets im happy with in the zone. He said only the back few rows are left and it is the fastest selling game all season!

Yay, another 24 hours of anxiety awaits.
 
Can't complain about value though.  Usually only get 90 minutes of tension per match.

You know what makes it worse, I hear on Twitter Sydney FC may be giving free tickets to all supporters with paid flights.
