Still no email. If my seating is wrong and the Fever Zone is sold out by the time they email the tickets I will be very angry and demanding answers.

When I called back I used the Nix helpline 3842457, rather than the 0800 number provided in the email on 'how to buy tickets' that I used this morning! Anyone being told their seats have already been sold should double check with the Nix helpline.

i see that the student tickets are dirt cheap....$15 bucks. does this apply to university students?

e-tickets just received and they are all for the correct seats by the looks of it. Was I ever worried? Never.

Suppose I need to check they are for right game now. Ticketek may have sold me the seats for an egg-chasing festival.capes2012-03-27 18:30:20

Got the email with tickets at 6pm, one seat is wrong from a membership f**k-up by Ticketek at the start of the season, that I spent 3 weeks fixing up with them.

So not sure if I will be able to get that fixed in the morning, will try the membership line rather than Ticketek call centre.

PAX number on one was 4974 and it was purchased at about midday yesterday. If I was being everso slightly cynical about Ticketek, I'd say they were trawling through what they sold yesterday and sending out the ones where the seats were still available and drafting and apology letter to the rest.

I wish you all the best of luck. I know how much "your seat" means to you. We have sat/stood there through some disappointing times, it's only right that we are allowed to be there for the celebrations.

I'm slightly disappointed!

Correct tickets arrived at 6.08, could meet some new people, as I've never sat/stood in my correct seat before

Selling tickets is supposed to be their core business, but they continually fech it up. Several workmates are also long standing season ticket holders and on every occasion thier normal seat has been sold to someone else for Friday's match. I sit with the same guys every year, but not on Friday.
 
I am extremely feched off about this!
I've just checked my emails and have now got my "real" ticket and am very happy to say it has my usual seat !!!!!!
 
So, we WILL beat the bling now.. phew. Being superstitious is very stressfull!
 
For those who asked, I bought my ticket Monday arvo over the phone using my ACC No on my season pass, it somehow matched me to my correct email etc. I recieved a dummy ticket with a GA number and it also said that my "real" ticket would arrive today, which it now has.

Are ticketek/red badge quite strict if 2 adult and 1 child turn up on a family pass? instead of the 2?

Tried on Monday. Had my password, but when I used it I couldn't see what it was giving me - was I getting just my ticket, in which case how do I book my wife's and daughter's tickets? They're both season ticket holders, but I was the only one to get an email with a password. Perhaps because before my daughter turned 18 we had a family pass. Plus I wanted one additional ticket. Tried phoning, but they only publicise an 0800 number and that won't accept calls from mobiles - nowhere on the Ticketek site do they give you an alternate number. In the end, I booked 4 tickets on-line without using a password (this on Monday) and had to accept nowhere near our seats. SiNZ2012-03-27 21:01:59

Well done to Ticketek, my two tickets arrived and correct seats on both.

They made the process very hard for members, and easy for non-members. Way to reward your paying customers.

It was like this - fronted at MFC Ticketek on Monday for my ticket & my daughters' ticket. I only had the one password sent to me. The nice lady said that both seats were under the same account. I offered my password and was told "No need, got you on the screen right here" Tickets arrived by email this evening. No problems with Ticketek this time.

Checked my emails At home at 10.30pm on Sunday and thought I had all the info. I needed. Tried to book on line on Monday but didn't,t have the password. Tried later at home about 9.30pm but couldn't,t get access to the tickets. Popped down to the ticketek office this Morning at 9.05am but our usual seats were already sold so had to buy an aisle over as the block was well sold all over (great news)
New seats are okay but would have preferred our usual seats Looking forward to getting them back next week!!!!cityman2012-03-27 22:40:39

got mine last night, printed and ready to go, so depsite the delay at the counter my ticket arrived......still not impressed with the way Ticketek have handled this.

The ones I have spoken to need a supervisor to change things in their system, if you think of a staff to supervisor ratio - you can see the delays in ticketing are not long for the number of Monday and Tuesday member(none std sales) enquiries/sales

None of the staff I've spoken to have said they need a supervisor to make any changes. The only thing I've been told by other staff is that "it's all ok, the system will do what it is meant to do" or "you can't buy your tickets yet. They don't go on sale until Wednesday". Both of which were wrong...

Cancelling wrong tickets (incorrect seat #) and reissue to a seat on hold for the same customer(member) appears not able to be done by every phone agent.

Spoke to Mya on the membership line, she has re-issued ticket for the correct seat, so that's great work.

There seems to be an issue with Ticketek having separate lists of accounts for members vs normal Ticketek purchase accounts, the details getting mixed up.

I ordered 3 tickets Monday for me and two of my mates all season ticket holders wanting our same seats, paid and got receipts and promise all three would be sent to my e-mail within 24 hours, recieved one last night, went back into Ticketec today to check was eventually told I had given them the wrong e-mail address; when I asked how come I had recieved one ok I was answered with "I dont know". Asked if they could just print the tickets there and then was told "No we have to e-mail them". I just dont get it, they better be there when I get home.

Look at the responses of those who had no delay. But got wrong seats. Small delay correct seats.

Booked 3 tickets for season pass holders and 2 extras on Monday. Got emailed some dummy tickets informing me that the real tickets would be emailed on the 27th. So far have only received the season pass tickets.
Hopefully won't have to spend too much time on the phone tomorrow trying to sort this.
