There is not a lot of parking at HVHS at all.

I wonder if they'll do what they do with the weetbix triathlon and let people park on the grass with all the trees around the corner from hutt rec???

wankers, i had annual leave booked for those first 7 games and now one which is game 98 in Dorkland. Pisses me off no end. $160 return airfare gonna have to get it next week on pay day, unless were running a fever bus there and back over night.

Oh and how come the last fliht from Dorkland to Wellington is at 8pm. Wtf is with that? Surely they could have had a 10pm flight this way. The Airport down here runs untill at least 11pm as i hear them flying overhead. A day trip would have made life easier. Now i have to try and renegotiate an extra day off work.

For me, however, what a pleasant surprise, only a 3.5 hour drive instead of a seven! Hard luck LG!

We need a Fever Bus to Hutt Rec => Starts in Waikanae, stops in Paraparaumu, Porirua, Tawa, Johnsonville and then heads to the Hutt :D

Agree, so they wanna have 3 games at Piss Poor Park in Lower Hutt. does that mean they have to move the December game to bloody Auckland? Maybe missing Auckland out would be the better option this year.

They don't want to have three games at Hutt Rec - the only reason there are games there is because it is the only option.

And missing out Auckland wasn't an option, due to the Huawei sponsorship, which puts a ton more money into the club than any season member does.

Stoked with the quantity of games in Wellington this season, brilliant!

A little gutted Villa will be gone before the shitty clash, would've been classic to see him running around in the Hutt. Duff will have to do.

I thought he was here for that game

I think definitely the round 8 game at the RoF but thought they only had him for 10 games or so.....

Edit: yeah should have put shitty clash in the Hutt on my previous.

How hard is it to release a schedule and not have to completely change it a few weeks later?

It seems that Fox Sports were not happy with the 2 pm Sunday KO.

Better for us really, it would have been very hot.

FFS. I am not happy with Sunday afternoon kick offs either. But they don't listen to me... mutter, mutter, muttah paneer!

It's not Fox Sports, this is all due to the changes to the ACL schedule that the AFC have made. And it's better to make these changes and announce them now rather than screw over the teams that are involved in the ACL by making them play games too close together.

It's annoying, but necessary, so I'm okay with it. And I'm heading to the Brisbane game so it's affecting me directly.

TBF, the AFC is changing how they do the knock out rounds of the ACL. So can to clear the scedule for those changes.

Wasn't aware of that. In that case it is annoying, but out of their control.

Victory were scheduled to play CCM that night but that is one of those Rnd 9 floating games that have been shifted, so guess we have been pushed into that slot to fill the void.

Considering the FFA lack of intelligence or ownership of the Wee Mac problem and making a ruling, I'd say this fits into the extremely hard basket, especially if a New Zealand team is involved. Amazing how we keep on getting screwed over. Purely coincidental of course.

Seriously, why release a fixture list when it just gets revamped because of TV schedules etc. Why not let the TV company do it and save everyone else the hassel.

Yeah it's the Sunday of ANZAC weekend (26th), Monday is a holiday here in NZ :)

Edit: Not sure what this means for the St. Kilda game (Normally 25th April)

Also maybe we could make this an event game given the date and the final game before the finals.

I knew guys still in the process of booking their trip based around the 8th Jan dates, I only got the heads up from someone at the club who said there hadn't been an official newsletter about it yet.
Anyway, it's given me a dilemma as I haven't yet booked.
