Anyone been charged for tickets yet?
Overcharged as it turns out.
Queried the charges on my credit card and Brenda couldn't explain them. Now she's worked out that I've been overcharged.
So...check what you paid...
I noticed that mine was about $10 over... then saw some small print about a credit card surplus charge (on top of the usual add on charges) so figured it was that. It's bit a bit sickening how close to $200 a "$169 ticket" can become

I have been charged for my season ticket and my double match ticket. Once only too. Brenda confirmed this for me yesterday. She's a saint. Can the fever execs send her a YF scarf as a thanks on our behalf? She really is a problem solver. And a polite, friendly one at that too.

Brenda called me on mobile re our Season and FU group tickets..We've been charged for all of them, she said they would come later once preferentials in the zones are sorted.

My pax is 7424 Ailse 16 Row FF. Whats weird is on the main ticket it says Aisle 16 and on the stub Aisle 17, same row and same seat number.
