waiting on an answer from the club on this.
Good luck with that frankly a disgrace they havnt communicated with those who have purchased memberships the last 2 years while they have been based in Oz. Seems telling people on facebook and twitter is more important than your members. So disappointing but not really a surprise.  

Mate your Season Pass literally says 'All games played at Sky Stadium', you will get a ticket. Given the club didn't even know this game was going ahead until Thursday last week, two business days ago, I'd say they're pretty busy getting ticketing info sorted and ready to be communicated as quickly as they can.

Cut the people working incredibly hard to bring the Nix to Wellington some slack, now isn't the time to go on one of your 'I've been here since Day 1' tirades. 
  Not to sure what your going on about season 1 tirade whats so wrong with being proud of the fact you have been here since day one. Guess some would prefer some of the originals wernt around anymore makes the bullshark easier to spread . Dont care how you try and put it Patrick their communication with fans who have parted with cash has been shocking and dont care what you say those fans deserve to be kept up with the play. If they can do social media then those few who have parted with cash the last couple of season deserve something from the club

I mean both are kinda right.

You got a season pass, you get tickets.  Same old.

But also yea the communication is shark.  I have sent multiple emails to the club and never heard back.

But also given they are trying to organise all this on short notice, give the poor hard working buggers some slack over the last few days.

Someone must be sucking up for free tickets. Yes, there has been a lot for the club to deal with, including changes within the administration personnel, However, it is a fact that any correspondence from the club over the last two seasons, keeping paid members  in some sort of light, has been abysmal at best. These people fronted up when asked. All they wanted in return was some communication. Banging a drum doesn't count as being in the know. Ballane & Banana's have valid points and concerns. A simple email every few months would not have hurt. It's a shame some that came late to the party now think they are the party.

yweah, last I heard when I spoke/insta messaged the new media guy he said there had been massive turnover in the last couple of years. It sounds like the nix cleared house when COVID struck and are only now starting to rebuild the back office - comms have been poor and it has hurt the less than fanatic fans and meant that the connection to the team is way worse than it could have been.

As you're saying theprof there's huge turnover and also the backoffice has been underesourced historically anyway. I remember years ago they used to call to remind people that season passes were on sale, not that I want to be spammed by telemarketers, but it shows that they used to put more effort into this than they do now.

There is going to be a bit of a challenge to rebuild that connection with the fan base, the fact that Phoenix City shutdown shows just how big that rift is. If there was an engaged fanbase we'd still have fan content being created.

Agree and i do understand the struggles they have had the last 2 years still dosnt excuse them from neglecting those fans who have tried to engage. What i dont get  is the reluctance to use the offers they have received from some fans to help in any way. Even if its just making phone calls from a list. Sure there are plenty who would only to willing to help without the need to get something back.

Thought I'd pop back on here after a few years to see how things are - couldn't even remember my old login. Expected to see some positivity that we're getting to see the team again. 

Seems I'm a little over-optimistic and little has changed it seems... the same people are doing their best and being mostly positive and constructive; and the same people are taking pot shots because of course they can do better and/or aren't getting the attention they think they deserve.

Are the Nix perfect? 
Hell no... but I struggle to see any organisation (sporting or otherwise) that has been over the last couple of years - for obvious reasons, and quite likely many less obvious ones (of course, I'm no expert like many on here are). In case you missed it, the world is a wee bit fudgeed up right now and things aren't always easy, let alone perfect.

It's just a a game (sorry Mr Shankly).

It's been an INCREDIBLY tough few years for the Phoenix. I'm prepared to cut them all the slack they want.

yep, logged in using the link, secured two tickets for me and partner (no season pass holder) then logged in using my sons email link and got a third ticket for him. Too easy!

Were you able to get tickets in the Fever Zone? It's not letting me select that section. I seem to have to pay for tickets if I want my Fever Zone seats or go into 24C if I want to use my Season Ticket.

No i gave up on the website and phoned them on hold for bloody ages but was worth waiting. When i finally spoke to someone she was brilliant and sorted me out my seats and the Auckland ones as well.

All sorted. Tried again just now and the option to redeem my season ticket for Fever Zone seats was available. 
While I selected my own ST seats, it looks like I could have taken any seat in the zone. No big deal but might have someone a little disappointed if their nominated seat has been "purchased" by someone else.

Spent over an hour on this fiasco! It would have been cheaper to buy two tickets on match day and carry on working rather than waste my time trying to redeem the “special thank you for our 2021/22 season ticket holders” in the very special six hour window, for games that are weeks away on Easter and ANZAC long weekends

Thought I’d follow your advice and phone the ‘help’ line. After ten minutes on hold I hung up, not because of my wait time, but was told by a mate that he has been on hold for forty minutes plus! FFS! “Dome Days are over” I WISH!

I only had the option online to book extra ticket, assumed they would send my season ticket with the extra one. However, should have known better as only received the free ticket with no sight of season ticket.

 If you brought a season pass and want to sit in your seat you need to do it today before they open to general sales. If you dont there is a chance your seat could be sold when they open it to the public.

Yep i had to wait ages just what we seem to have to put up with. 15 years of cockups just wouldnt be the same without them. Wouldnt think its Phoenixs fault its the stadium who is probably contracted to that shambles Ticketec

phoenix dont run the ticketing side of the business, the are beholden to the stadium who contract that function to ticketek.
Bear in mind that this game was only set in stone a few days ago.
