Fudge me, It's been 3 years since I had a membership - preferred buying online a few days before. However, I thought I'd rejoin. What a waste of 15 fudgeing minutes. 5 times I got to the page to enter my details and all I kept getting was thsi:

Sorry your having trouble LG but they have got much better maybe its not all down to them. Havnt seen anywhere the number of complaints there normally are. That either means buggar all people are becoming members or those that do are able to do it without any trouble. Let me no if you want me to pass your details on to get it sorted.

It'll be because you had an account previously.
Instead of clicking on the New Member signup, you need to choose existing member and put in your old membership number and then create a new password.
The system will likely still have that old membership number connected to your email address so it won't let you create a new one

It'll be because you had an account previously.

Having just updated my details on the Nix site after getting another YF membership package, I decided to read the stadium Do's & Don'ts. I had to laugh at the No vaping inside the stadium and there are at least three areas in Aile 21 alone where you see smoke every game.
Patrons may not bring into the Stadium:
Alcohol.
Beverages (refer to previous section for water arrangements).
Glass bottles, cans, thermos flasks.
Hot food and commercially produced takeaway food such as McDonalds, KFC, Subway, pizza etc.
Chilly bins, eskys, picnic baskets or large bags over 42cm x 30cm x 30cm in size.
Illicit drugs.
Gang patches and gang paraphernalia.
Sound amplifiers including loudhailers.
Noise making devices including musical instruments (unless under prior agreement with the event owner under agreed conditions).
Prams, strollers, pushchairs (there are limited storage facilities for these items at the entrance, however the Stadium takes no responsibility for loss or theft).
Dogs or other pets (see below for information on guide or service dogs).
Flares, fireworks.
Laser pointers, whistles, horns, bells, vuvuzelas or similar items.
Drones and other flying devices.
Knives of any size or other weapons.
Skateboards, roller blades, scooters, bicycles or similar items.
Chairs, booster seats, stools or other seating devices of any kind.
Signs or banners that are obscene, abusive or may cause offence.
Flag poles of more than one metre in length.
Any other item that Stadium management determine may cause injury, public nuisance, inconvenience or offence.
The Stadium is a Smokefree and Vapefree venue and no smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere in the building or in the seating bowl. There are designated smoking/vaping areas outside the building:
Along the fences outside the main concourse doors 1-18 and 19-36.
For certain events, outside the roller door at the northern end of the Stadium (opposite Aisle 35).

In the members email that was sent on Tues, there is a code for free kids tickets for the season opener vs Brisbane Roar & a free ticket code for the game vs CCM on 21st Dec.
Has anyone been able to access the $25 double header tickets for the 8th November games? Ticketek says the tickets are suppressed until no later than week starting 6 October. I can't access them via my Ticketek sign in and they haven't been emailed to me which they normally are once the suppression date has passed.
I can't find the thread now but a few weeks ago some of us were grumbling about how the away allocation for derby tickets was all messed up on TicketMonster.
Well they seem to have sorted it out finally - TM actually shows sections 1 and 2 as the away bay now (same sections as the last derby). So I think it's safe to go ahead and purchase?
Maybe this is just on me but anyone else not getting any of like the additional l tickets or free nixmas to the womens games ticket codes to work? (that come with membership. I have all in Silver for reference). I tried to use the code for a 15% discount to bring someone with me and the code "went through" but then I didn't get a discount on the ticket and ended up paying full price. I also wanted to use the nixmas code I got for a free ticket to the womens game on the 20th (the one against Sydney) and the code was invalid despite it being the right code. I don't have any experience using a discount code for Nix games so if anyone has any advice or also facing issues that would be helpful thanks.

I called Ticketek about my double header tickets and was told they were still under suppression but might be sent this week........or next week...............and that there isn't actually a date when they might be sent. I came away with not a lot of confidence after that call

Well, Ticketek managed to completely b***s up my tickets... again.
I won't go into the details, but suffice to say their tech issues caused me to miss the early-bird deadline AND by the time the issues were resolved, someone else had bought up my seat (that I've had for 18 years!)
Cue Steph from the Phoenix (who got a shoutout earlier, too), who was amazing.
She fixed all issues I'd been having, then reached out to the new member who'd bought my seat and asked if they'd be willing to swap to a different seat given the circumstances, got them to agree, and then processed all the above, and did it at the early-bird rate.
I wish Ticketek would get their s**t sorted, but absent that, having excellent customer service from Steph/Phoenix was great.
Shame about the new membership pack system and shipping costs, though. And, am I right that there's no cap this year, too?
Your bang on about Steph sadly her and some of the other staff at HO dont get the credit for the jobs they do. Me and LG spent 5 hours up there on Monday helping them sort out the passes for the staff and players a massive job and the whole time they were all running around trying to do their own jobs as well. Was an eye opener that some on here need to see as what goes on behind the scene and the costs involved.
Steph is a bl00dy legend and for all the good reasons. Solved my own ST issues in less than 10 minutes. I 100% endorse what Ballane has said in his last comment.
