I come to this thread, not only to check the league table, but also to check the results when I've missed games. Don't really like the A-League site.

anyone notice that apart from Perth the bottom 5 teams were in the playoffs last season?

apart from sydney a lot of the bottom teams have only been able to pick up 9 points max, where as quite a few of the top teams have had access to a possible 15 points

a prob better indication would be points per game (and that would be more predictive for the teams who had played more games)

in a nutshell the byes make it hard to be sure of anything except the current crapness of sydney

Roar are the sleeper on this table..and maybe Nix but will reserve faint hope till 9pm.
