Am I the only one sh*tting myself at the moment.

We may be flying high now but it has the capacity to end in a massive puddle of tears!

Hey C-Diddy said we were second in the league after Ifill scored in the 3rd minute.

Good to see you've still got the Kiwi attitude
For mine, it really just depends on if we keep the majority of the squad fit. Injuries to one or two key players and we are stuffed.valeo2012-01-29 20:46:58

Good point about the attitude. Why can't we enjoy being second without being accused of getting ahead of ourselves? I don't think any of us are making any assumptions about our VERY tough road home.

Enjoy the win. Enjoy your team. Celebrate them. And take each game one at a time.

The way Adelaide played against Perth, I don't think we're going to be too troubled there.

Don't get ahead of yourself. Adelaide created heaps of chances in this game and for some crazy reason missed essentially open goals.

They may not make the same mistakes against us next week, plus we will be on the road (oh that's right we are on an away winning streak...).

I agree with you Ahmad, but I will be a little more comfortable with this table position if we're still there in 4 weeks time!

Great achievement but the lads to prove everybody, including myself, wrong this season. I must admit I had my doubts but I am bloody well over the moon with things at the moment!

I take full blame for the 3-1 win!

Anyway 2nd is soooo 4:35pm!

We fell into that trap last time we went there. With the confidence gained from the last 3 games that shouldnt be a problem this time.

Table scares me. Smurfs are 6th and are only 6 points behind with 8 more rounds. Jest in 7th are only 8 points behind.

We have a tough run home and need to continue to press or else we are going to be mince.

Enjoy second while it lasts though!

Beat Adelaide next week and going for the title is the real deal. If we lose though, I will be much less confident of our credentials.

Brisbane: 9 pts from 11 games since the beginning of December.

I reckon if we can beat Adelaide this week and then Brisbane next week, we can count ourselves as on the home stretch. Fingers crossed!
