Melbourne make the top 2 on goal difference even if they lose against Sydney.

Sydney & GCU battling for the other top 2 spot.

GCU cannot win the minor premiership.
He dribbles a lot and the opposition dont like it - you can see it all over their faces. (Ron Atkinson)

This game against GC is the most important game of our history. We better not give it up easily just because it's an away game.

Are we trotting out this cliche again? Most people say this every week but still have no idea what they are talking about....
Surely at the end of the season,that was a true comment. If cant say it now,when can you? It got us into 4th place with one game to go. Had we not won,we would not have got a home playoff.

Id call that the most important game in our history!

What does it mean then o wise one?

short turnaround for Mariners another little bonus for us
a week when absolutely everything went our way

Adelaide over Brisbane
Sydney over Perth
fortunate penalty and gutsy D takes the win over GCU
Mariners game delayed till Monday night ahead of travelling to the RoF

thank you god

And in Miron's wild west analogy this is because the big Marshal came in with guns blazing and shot his town to pieces.

And hopefully Wellington can cram in a few thousand extra to send a message as to which city is home of the Wellington Phoenix AND the home of football in NZ ;)

That comment may create a few out of town bites :P

Still 10 minutes to go in the CCM vs Jets game but 3 - 0 up against 10 men I'm going to out on a limb and give CCM the win so going in to the last round we know;

Melbourne will be in the top 2

Gold Coast must win and Sydney not win for GCU to make the top 2.

We will be 4th or 5th.

Newcastle must win and Perth lose for the Jets to finish 5th - otherwise they will be 6th.

The draw for the final round is;

Nix vs Mariners    Friday night

Jets vs Adelaide   Friday night

Glory vs Roar       Saturday night

Fury vs GCU        Saturday night

Sydney vs Melbourne  Sunday night

Haha, yes. But I don't think all home teams will win or all away teams will win. Hopefully we can, because Perth really should. Though of course they might throw it in the hope of avoiding us in the playoffs. Well. If they are smart.
