Not sure if that's what you meant to write but it's weirdly appropriate.

It is. Spewing bile here.

Colvinator, he's having a shot, 1 v w with the goalkeeper and a leg gets in his way, he trips. This whole thing about the attacker initiating contact... Never heard of it until today. I'll look through some old footage and find you 100 pens like that one given in the a league

I agree, i've never heard of this.  As a (bad) defender, I would never think to get in the space where the attacker is swinging his leg to kick, and would expect a penalty against me every time i got clipped by the leg there.

Contact in the box was a thing I'd heard of too.

Lot of arm waving and yelling from Hemed this half. He's a very frustrated man.

He and Ball are making the same runs, both hold back and move towards the penalty spot

I hope we bring on Lewis for Sotirio and we can turn this around.

Pretty slow and static ball movement in the front third. Need to address this.

haven’t seen too much from hemed that makes me think he’s an upgrade on hooper. We’ve got plenty of possession but not doing enough with it. Need to really start making it count or we’ll end up losing this.

Very dissapoitning first half. Need to change things up. Front 4 as they are not working.

anyone else yelling at devere as he decides to go all the way to the halfway to tackle Odonnoven? At least make a foul in that position, he was beaten and the goal came. Frus

Interesting to speculate how VAR would have responded if the ref had actually given the penalty.

Yes, especially as he let himself get completely turned. If he just held the guy there for a bit the goal wouldn't have happened.

the refs, commentators claiming Hemed initiated contact is utter bollocks, he cant initiate contact, he had know idea the defender was there, if anything that's a tackle from behind that doesn't get the ball, the fact that the defender threw his arms in the air is a dead give away he was expecting a pen. Reverse that an put a jets striker there with a nix defender and a penalty s given - with no arguement from anyone except the fans.
