2 weeks to go before the first home game, the store had better be open and ready well in time for me to get my shirt and get it numbered.

I saw workers in the retail areas on the  ground floor of Phoenix Towers last week and cartons stored in some ground floor spaces... looks like Nix merchandise to me.
Can't be long now.

Beautiful day - went for a wander past the new shop to check progress.

The recent burst of activity has come to a grinding halt - at the speed the shop is being fitted out it will be lucky to open in time for the 2010 season.

Pretty disappointing - plenty of supporters itching to use vouchers, buy new kit i.e. give the club some $s and can't.
He dribbles a lot and the opposition dont like it - you can see it all over their faces. (Ron Atkinson)

Yeah. I mean alot of fans do want to buy shirts at the Shop, so they can support the club. But this is hard when we don't know when the store will open or what is hapening.

Keeping positive. Itll be open by next week, shirt numbered and ready by opening home match.

These sauces are a little pre-occupied putting together a competitive football team, dealing with numpties from Sky, muppets from the FFA and AFC and a Chinese bloke who is a bit of a c**t.

you could always pre order your number from Champs and soon as you get your top you could pop in and they will put it on straight away.

just remember the number and names have to be ordered in.
or you could always buy your top there too and spend your voucher on something else at the shop

Dont see the need for them to hurry the opening when about the only new thing that will probably be in there will be the new jersey.Maybe they might be waiting till they have more than one new item.Just imagine how much you lot would moan if all they had was this seasons jersey that was new.

With memberships not exactly selling as good as expected, some subtle reminders to the "floaters" by way of lots of members wearing their new shirts around town in the lead up to the season might just encourage the "undecided" to take the plunge.  Alas, no new gear.  MEANWHILE.....lets wear our PHOENIX tops this friday and next, Tony needs our help

Still hanging out to see how much official names and numbers will cost, perhaps Tony P can help?

The new gear - Phoenix stubby holders! - excellent - something to keep my beer cold when I'm watching the delayed A-League coverage on Sky @ 3am between the dwarf tossing and swamp snorkelling.

When Hibs, went up, to win the Scottish Cup - I wisnae there - furfuxake!

I can relate to that did the same, all i have to do know is convince the other half that the stadium jacket i have on hold is really a necessary requirement and is it okay if it goes on her credit card.

So, finally got myself down to the Phoenix shop on Hunter Street to spend my season ticket voucher this afternoon, and it's not there!

I could see where it had been, but it was just a group of workmen doing the shop up.

So, has the shop moved? Or just temporarily closed while being done up?

And either way, where can I spend my voucher that came with my season ticket?

I feel ya pain, sitting on this voucher is driving me crazy, having Ryos with the home shirts is so so tempting...loyalty to the nix won't let me buy it from RYOS, just yet,

Just found this thread too.

Thought the shop was ALREADY open, hence my confusion at it not being there!

Thanks!

Do the words "Rip" & "Off" mean anything??

In reality these things should not cost more than $20NZD. ($15NZD for the name & $5nzd for the number or two).

Just a case of typing, printing and ironing onto a shirt. Not hard when you have the tools. Anything over $20NZD and you are looking at pure profit.

Garry, fell for the same trick the day after my ST arrived in mid July. Spent 10 mins trying to find it as I'd been to the ASB building earlier this year. Still, feel for those still waiting.
