getting a bit lonely in this thread, might throw a couple more big but attainable names out there: Jeremy Menez, Bobo, Modibo Maiga, Leroy George, Emmanuel Riviere, Jonathan Biabiany, Pawel Wszolek
Menez will never happen, but of names that have been thrown around before, currently both Oba Martin and Giuseppe Rossi are still free agents.
I wouldn't take either to be honest. Martins a year or so ago, I'd taken a punt on, but I wouldn't now.

Okazaki has the same agent as Steinmann so maybe not as far-fetched as it first seems
Another, more realistic option might be Benjamin Moukandjo - only 30yo, played 57 times for Cameroon. Had a decent career in France then has been in China but is now without a club
