I think I might put $10 on Phoenix to win...$5 on a 2-2 draw, and $5 on Gold Coast 3-0...cover all bases

unless you are taking the pss I loathe you even more now. As Hard News will tell you - betting against a team you supposedly support is my pet hate (and dont come back with some strategic win-win babble)

You must've missed the bit where it says I am putting $10 on Phoenix. That's more than $5 you know.

You're mistaking what I want to happen, with what could possibly happen. I've backed Phoenix every week and it's cost me a small fortune (apart from Perth and a 2-1 bet

) so it's tempting to try and cover any potential losses!

Besides, the bet hasn't been placed, and I might not do it...

I have just backed the boys to come home and to win 3-1. A ritual bet for me. I set to collect $455.00 slices. Not bad for 20 bucks. Complaining about the time of kick off doesnt change the fact that its only 2 1/2 hours away. Can watch Premiere League Preveiw Show prior to kick off. Image if this game was in Perth. It would be like getting up for and EPL game. C'Mon the boys. The Judas won't be able to score goals when Siggy cuts him in half!!!!

I have been thinking about it, and I hope that Judas gets sent off after 3 minutes for pointing aggressively at a linesman (sorry, assistant referee). I also hope Culina's head falls off, and that Porter develops Parkinsons Disease.
