latest tweet - Just heard from a Melbourne fan (what's he doing here ? :p) that former Nix keeper Glen Moss has been allowed to seek employment elsewhere

Not much of a surprise, they signed a keeper ahead of him. Too late to get a spot at the Furries, so really needs someone to shift overseas now.

Maybe CCM? Vukovic will be leaving

After last year unfortunately I don't think anyone will sign him, though :/ Leaving us was the worst career move ever.valeo2010-07-10 15:00:47

wonder if Mossy regrets leaving the Nix?

Heard on the radio they were expecting around 10k to the game. Are they correct?

Yes for sure. And we actually do need him to be at a club getting regular game time cause one day Pasty's going to hang up his gloves/boots and we'll need Mossy to be at the top of his game.

When Paston retires would we rather Moss or Crowther, assuming Crowther develops in the next few years. He's still VERY young for a keeper

If we can sign Moss, we should. End of story.

sorry I was meaning for the All Whites not the Phoenix. I have hope Mossy would come back but doubt he'd want to.

What sign him now? no way, IMO Paston is better than him, yea maybe when paston retires or packs up and leaves but not if paston stays.

Mike the Octopuss from Kelly Tartons thinks 4-2 Phoenix.

We'll probably put on a few trialists this half so don't be surprised if we let one in

I don't think Paston is better. He's in good form, whereas Moss was in poor form. I'm still unsure about Crowther and if Paston got injured, I'd be worried. Moss competing for the number 1 jersey would be no bad thing.

dont we only have 4 man bench for the game?

Bench: Musa, Magno, Lovemore & Gould

Would be interesting to see Magno get a decent amount of time, so people can see what he is like.

Mmmm, good point. But theres no point in having both All white keepers in the same team with one of them getting little game time, as well as Crowther, WE NEED A RESERVE TEAM!

The thing about Crowther is he's still so young. Isn't he 21? I'd like to see someone with potential on the bench. Someone who I don't mind if he doesn't get on. Moss and Paston need to both be starting

Obviously got his name wrong there

Wonder if he's U20? A bit of googling turns up that he was in an u13 team when Kosta was in the u15's so he must be?
