This guy sounds good, let's hire him. "Physically made of steel", eh? Would work well in midfield alongside Brownie.

Personally really happy with Tsalittos. I think he will do really well in the A-League. He's young, has a great touch and vision and has had experience at this level.

I think he can push Lochhead for his spot

Probably old news but interesting to see McKain to Adelaide

Not that old.  Came out yesterday,

I've looked at that again and Adelaide are the only recruiters that scare me.  Victory have added attacking strength but defensively could easily be a trainwreck.

Sydney have defenders but still an average attack.  Jets nothing.  Heart an unknown in what Fred is now and Williams who can be hit and miss.  Mariners. Meh.  Gold Coast. ARF!

Glory have made lots of signings but lots of egos.  COuld easily implode on them yet again.

Have to agree with ya completely Adelaide have recruited very well. I can see Glory either flying high or crashing & burning.

I'm stoaked with Niko as a signing, another fullback, might mean the end of moving Manny out of mid...

Exactly!

I don't think anyway can say our signings so far have been bad.

Not spectacular, but I quite like the approach of the signings so far. Would be better than signing loads of unproven guys. All our new signings have been shining in the games so far.

The fact that Tsats is a yoof and can play either side(apparently) gets me excited, and we now have 5 signings to look forward to rather than be sad about.

We still have three senior players on the way. All who could be imports (I think?? ) Plus two young kiwis(or auz) who will be very keen to prove themselves.

I'd go 1 of chettleburgh or Lovemore (depending on how we fill up the senior spots) plus 1 of Bran, Musa or Rowe.
I'm excited

Hopefully one criterion is a name that we can make a funny chant with.

We may of but he could of declined us.. could be one of the options who we wanted but didn't want to come.. You know, bit of uncertainty over the club at the moment.

Who would you choose.. CCM or a club who's financially unstable

What a rubbish post.

If we dont know that we offered him a contract, then what is the point of even putting that up here.

Think before you post

Scottishbhoy is also neglecting the fact that other clubs are unstable. Those in the know say that there are about 3 clubs that the FFA are worried about more than the Nix.

The big issue is that people are allowing themselves to be spooked unnecessarily, not even by press coverage (because a lot of it is just stating the facts), but by speculations and doomsaying about what might come next.

not trying to back-seat mod or anything but...

getting a bit off the 'new signings' topic with all this doom-mongering in pretty much every thread in this nix forum.

Look forward to some shot-stopping analysis and a tonne of statistics comparing 2011 Warner with 2008 Moss.

I think a good, solid signing. Great pedigree, old (meh), but definitely competition for the number one.

Hope we get a youth keeper as well, so that these two old men will have someone to pass their knowledge onto.

Does this mean we spent a visa spot on a backup keeper?

Serious about Drake though. Reserve team last year but I suspect the Gouldy connection may have been the key there.
