sh*t hell has frozen over. We still have coverage after the whistle. Must be a slow night for Sky.

player perspective would be that he will do as he is told by his boss...something that is lost on people in the modern day workplace

Great win, can anyone describe the goals for me?

first was a penalty, ifill was tackled from behind in the 6 yeard box - Ifill drilled the penalty shot into the back of the net,

second goal was all class - Caceras - who had been causing the defence problems all night, drifted across the top of the 18 yard box, Ifill ran to the corner, caceras back heels it to Ifill who sends the ball screaming passed the keeper.

Ifill edge of 6 yard box, back to goal clumsy challenge by Bojic to earn pen converted by Ifill 47mins

Caceres cuts in from right after nice ball from Lochhead, goes into box dragging three defenders with him then backheels for Ifill to lash low right foot shot home from 16 yards out to beat Redmayne 80mins

Thanks guys - that second goal sounds almost like the one Costa set up for Greenacre at the ROF against Newcastle.

i only saw 2nd half of game, but what i saw, caceres was dominant in his part of the pitch and that play to set up ifills second was brilliant!

A very good and well deserved win - there was an air of confidence about the team, and the way we played, that is hopefully the start of a roll that will take us in to the play-offs.

I thought we were good across the park but a special mention for Caceres who played an excellent 90+ minutes.

Also due credit to Herbert - the attacking intent was clear from the line-up he chose and the risks he took with Manny and Brown playing out of position paid off.

With Greeny back for the next game (hopefully) and no yellow cards for either Brown, Lia or Durante, we are heading in to the home straight in good shape.

Bring on the Roar.

Happy New Year !!
He dribbles a lot and the opposition dont like it - you can see it all over their faces. (Ron Atkinson)

I think that is our first away win ever of more than one goal. Cool ! And 6 in a row without conceding against CCM. I love playing them now.

I wonder why he didn't take the goal kicks in the 2nd half though?

There was at least one in the first half he didn't take as well. Might not have taken them the whole game.

5. But still pretty impressive, they haven't scored against us since season 1.

haven't seen him at training. I imagine he was given leave for xmas due to us playing away anyway.
