With the formations it's usually quite plain what we want them to do unless we otherwise mention.

Centrebet paying $6.25
I've put a  lazy $100 to work.

If your backing a kiwi team playing an aussie team, it usually pays to bet in aussie, and vice versa.

I've learnt to never bet on football games.  Everytime I've lost money.

Damn TAB and their rigging etc.

Easier said than done but always bet with your head, not your heart.

What's the odds on 6-0 to the Phoenix?

1-3 @ $41 is looking nice for me.

And just in case my exact score is wrong, I can just bet on the Phoenix win so I'm guaranteed to win at least some money!

C'mon!

Guaranteed?

A formal promise or assurance (typically in writing) that certain conditions will be fulfilled e.g. that a product will be repaired or replaced if not of a specified quality and durability.

I think you're forgetting the possibility of a draw or loss.

Well, I suppose strange things can happen in Football huh. I had actually discounted those possibilities.

I think I'm stretching it to say that this post I'm quoting counts as A formal promise or assurance (typically in writing) but I know who I'll be blaming if I lose my guaranteed bet!

If the boys need any last minute motivation for tomorrow here it is - Clive Palmer cannot be allowed to succeed!

He looks hungry in this photo. You can tell he is looking at those legs and wondering what they would taste like marinated and served with mashed potatoes. Note how his shirt looks like it's about to burst.

You really don't need that safety vest Clive, you and The Great Wall of China are the only two things on Earth visible from the f**king moon! Note how his shirt looks like it's about to burst.

And here he is trying to scare the last few Gold Coast fans out of Skilled Park. He's shouting "F*ck off you rabble. Didn't I close that stand? Seriously, just how high do I have to make the f**king ticket prices??". Note how his shirt looks like it's about to burst.

if i supported Gold Coast my worry would be that the (way too much) Sugar Daddy was one exciting thought away from karking it - he looks knackered and out of breath just sitting on a chair

Great post. To me his gaze looks below the belt and drooling.
Lets hope he is just " looking at those legs and wondering what they would taste like marinated and served with mashed potatoes"

Nah, was a good idea Valeo. How were you to know after prior results they were going to play like ninnies.

Lets hope the boys turn it around. Last 3 games we have been lame. If we play like that against GCU they will give us a touch up.

I consider Tegal's post about Palmer flaunting the 'celery' cap to be its equal.  I rofl'd literally.

I've been looking forward to it all weekend :/

Would mean it would be on Tuesday and I wont be able to watch it then

Though I just checked the weather and it's pissing down Tuesday as well. Move it to Welly!

I'm guessing this forecast is wrong?

The question is will it? Because there is the NRL All Stars game this week at Skilled Park.

Could move it to a neutral venue, I suppose. It's not like Gold Coast have any fans anyway.
