Me too, although I'm still not sure wether Moss should/will replace Paston. That leaves the other keeper on the bench + Muscat, Christie and Daniel hopefully, although I'm still sticking by my wish to keep Sex Panther in the starting line-up, and Costa/Drapes on the bench would be nice.

that is my first thought too. I'm not sure whether the formation will work that well against the Jets, though, who usually get a lot of possession.

i just can't wait! as far as I'm concerned, this is our most important game so far. A win (and perhaps a loss by Queensland) would see us climb up that ladder once again.

Any players will do. As long as there's the same commitment and passion as there was against Sydney then I don't care who they are.

Fred should really make a difference(hopefully) also, beating the Jets would be great for our top 4 campaign

given the latest transfer news I don't think Moss will start in goal. To be fair, Paston has taken over him this season anyway and Mossy's leaving the club is going to make Ricky's choice easier.

Na, I think Moss will start. I think we have to treat him normally until the end of the season. Then give him the treatment when Melbourne come over next year. I think that Moss is better than Paston. However, Ricky has chosen Paston ahead of Moss many a time this year. So I don't think he'll want to change things NOW that the deal has been finalized. That said, if Paston had a shocker vs Jets, Ricky might still want to play Moss for a few more games.

Despite of these in-house issues, the lads must only know one way on Sun, and that way is forward!

The photoshop people at the FFA are at it again.  Has anyone noticed the advertising in the bus stop signage things.  If you look closely there is someone where a RR.  However the Nix logo has been photoshoped over the top.

There seems to be a whole lot of doom and gloom on here as of late- Moss and Smeltz leaving, players not resigned and our licence is being threatened.
Here's hoping that on sunday the players leave all that in the changing rooms and show us what the Phoenix is all about. With that hopefully attacking perspective in mind here is the team I'd play... But I suspect Ricki's will be a tad different.

Dodd would be very unlucky to miss out on a starting spot.

Don't play Moss. In a position such as keeper, we should be building Paston's game time rather than him rotting on the bench.

Players leave, good and bad ones, welcome to pro football. It's about winning games with your best team each and every week (though that was debatable earlier in the season). We are looking more stable now, but if it means starting Moss in goal then you just go and do it.

Moss needs to be on the bench.  It will be good practice for when he's at Melbourne.  Like it or not, Paston is the future so we stick with him now in my view. 

Paston will start for sure, he's not done anything terribly wrong and therefore hthere no reason to drop him! Unless he gets injured I doubt we'll see Mossy playing for us again.

I think Paston should start, Costa will go for Draper im pretty sure, McKain in the DM role and Ferrente to the bench with Dodd in CB.

Agree with the rest of it our front 4 look real dangerous, I have a feeling Daniel will start because of the Fred/Daniel connection and it worked for us start of last season with Felipe/Daniel. I hear Fred and Daniel use to play together so hopefully they will play well together.
